Objective:To study the value of laparoscopic ultrasonographyand harmonic scalpel in the gastrointestinal laparoscopic surgery.

目的：探讨腹腔镜超声检查技术和腹腔镜超声刀在腹腔镜胃肠外科手术中的应用价值。

Methods The gallbladder patients from july 2004 to july 2005 of our hospital were randomizedly divided into MLC and LC groups. MLC with three ports: one 10-mm umbilical port, one 5-mm subxiphoid port, and one 2-mm port in the right subcostal position.

迷你腹腔镜胆囊切除术采用脐孔10mm、剑突下5mm、右肋缘下2mm三孔法，而常规腹腔镜胆囊切除为脐孔10mm、剑突下10mm，右肋缘下2个5mm四孔法。2004年7月至2005年7月行腹腔镜胆囊切除936例，男349例，女587例胆囊病变病人进行研究。

迷你腹腔镜胆囊切除术采用脐孔10mm、剑突下5mm、右肋缘下2mm三孔法，而常规腹腔镜胆囊切除为脐孔10mm、剑突下10mm，右肋缘下2个5mm四孔法。2004年7月至2005年7月行腹腔镜胆囊切除936例，男349例，女587例胆囊病变病人进行研究。

Methods Adenomyosis was diagnosed under lapososcopy in 4 infertile cases. Meanwhile coexsting endometriosis,pelvic adhesion and adenomyoma were treated by surgery and endocoagulator in 4 and 2 cases respectively.GnRH-α therapy was given for six months before laparoscopic surgery in 1 case and after laparoscopic surgery in 3 cases .

4例有严重痛经的子宫腺肌病伴不孕症患者经B超及腹腔镜或病理检查确诊，在腹腔镜检查的同时手术矫治合并存在的子宫内膜异位症和盆腔粘连。4例中，3例子宫后壁有局限性腺肌瘤形成(其中2例在腹腔镜下行手术切除)。3例于术后、1例于术前注射长效缓释型GnRH-α，每月1次，共6次。

The portal vein three dimensional CT or MR angiograph make up the fault of laparoscopic operation in some degree. It is an important examination method before laparoscopic hepatectomy, which will be of much value in laparoscopic liver surgery in the future.

目的 比较卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿腹腔镜手术辅以不同药物治疗的疗效方法 1998年8月～2003年2月我院卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿腹腔镜手术患者154例，单纯腹腔镜手术组36例；加用丹那唑组41例，每日1次，每次400 mg，连服6 月；加用孕三烯酮组42例，每周2次，每次2.5 mg，连服6个月；加用米非司酮组35例，每日1次，每次12.5 mg，连服6个月。

Results showed that 0.01g/mL extract of Oxalis corniculata L. had obvious antimicrobial effect on S. aureus, but all extract of Oxalis corniculata L has not any antimicrobial effect on E.

结果表明，0.01g/ml的提取物对摇床培养的金黄色葡萄球菌生长具有明显的抑制作用；但各种浓度的提取物对摇床培养的大肠杆菌生长均无抑制作用。
