二藤合剂组治疗6个月后其各项观察指标(包括躯体功能、病情活动指数、肿胀关节总数、总体自我评价、脊柱痛、脊柱炎症，胸廓活动度、Schober、指地距、脊椎左屈、脊椎右屈、脊椎后仰、枕墙距、血沉、C反应蛋白)与治疗前相比，均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；柳氮磺吡啶组除枕墙距外，其余观察指标亦均有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。
