Methods Video-assisted thoracic surgery,indispensable using supplementarily small-sized incision were performed pleural effusion,pyothorax,spontaneous pneumothorax,hydatid disease of lung,the diseases such as chest trauma and so on under twin cavity single lungs of trachea intubaing of gen-eral anesthesia.

采用电视胸腔镜下手术，必要时胸腔镜辅助小切口对胸腔积液、脓胸、自发性气胸、肺包虫病、胸外伤等疾病在全身####双腔气管插管单肺通气下进行手术。

Methods Twelve dogs were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (n=6). They were treated with two kinds of thoracic cavity closed drainage system respectively after artificial hemopneumothorax. The time of thoracic cavity closed drainage, anti-tensile strength,and hemoglobin contents in peripheral venous blood before operation and after reinfusion were observed.

对比分析自行研制的新型多功能胸腔闭式引流装置与现有的胸腔闭式引流装置对实验犬（n=6）及对照犬(n=6)的多项指标的影响，如胸腔闭式引流术所用时间、两种装置的抗拉力、引流胸血及胸血回输情况和创伤前及回输后周围静脉血液血红蛋白含量的变化以及动物生存情况等。

The observation group were administered intrapleural injection of cisplatin 40 mg and lentinan 4 mg alternately, and the control group intrapleural cisplatin 60 mg only. The therapy was repeated 3-7 day; one course consisted of 4 times. The efficacy and toxicity were observed 1 month after the regimen.

观察组胸腔内交替注入顺铂40mg及香菇多糖4mg；对照组胸腔内注入顺铂60mg；3~7天胸腔用药1次，最多4次为1疗程，1个月后观察疗效和毒副作用。

Patients in treatment group were treated with ultrasound-guided drainage, followed by intrapleural injection of 125, 000 IU urokinase （diluted by 50 ml normal saline）, including 14 patients with pleural thickness〉 5 mm.
