Dynamic respiratory compliance and total respiratory resistance were measured before surgical incision, after sternal closure in the operating room, and after arrival in the intensive care unit. The following data were recorded: age, weight, preoperative pulmonary infiltrates, preoperative mechanical ventilation, evidence of increased PBF before surgery, duration of CPB, duration of aortic cross-clamp, duration of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest, use of steroids, and volume of ultrafiltrate removed.

Methods According to the accumulated scores of myasthenic crisis prediction, the patients with myasthenia gravis who underwent thymectomy in the past 5 years were divided into 2 groups: high risk group(12, n=11). The time of mechanical ventilation, restoration of muscle strength and spontaneously breathing during extubation, results of arterial blood gas analysis, body temperature, chest X-ray examination and sputum culture of each patient were analyzed.

32例ICU收治的重症肌无力胸腺切除术后的患者，根据危象预测积分，分为普通组（积分＜12分，n=21）和高危组（积分＞12分，n=11），对两组患者术后呼吸机支持时间、拔管前后肌力恢复情况、自主呼吸情况、动脉血气分析情况以及两组患者术后体温、胸片和痰培养结果进行统计分析。

Pulmonary function tests showed restrictive ventilation disturbance and/or a decreased diffusing capacity in 12 patients and normal condition in 4 patients. Chest X-ray films showed multiple patchy consolidation in 12 patients and thickening of lung markings in 4 patients. HRCT scans demonstrated patchy consolidation and/or ground-glass opacity in 16 patients and fine nodular consolidation in 4 patients. The lesions were diffuse in 1 patients and had a predominantiy subpleural and/or peribron chovascular distrbution in 15 patients.

结果：14例患者主要表现为干咳和气短，2例主要表现为发热伴咳嗽。12例患者肺功能检查表现为限制性通气功能障碍和弥散功能减低，4例肺功能正常。12例患者X线胸片呈多发斑片实变影，4例表现为纹理增粗。16例患者HRCT扫描表现为多发斑片实变影和磨玻璃影，4例伴小结节。1例病变弥漫分布于双肺，15例病变位于胸膜下和沿支气管血管鼠分布。

Methods The chest of the confirmed diagnosis of 101 cases of silicosis and 6 objects of observation were radiographed by the CR high thousand voltageand and the tradition high thousand voltage. Refereing to Diagnostic Criteria of Pnemoconioses and 23 chest standard films, we evaluated every radiograph quality and divided the period of silicosis at random.
