通过耕地分等的实践和研究，文章从耕地分等的内涵和目的出发，对国土资源部颁布的《农用地分等定级规程》在实践过程中所存在的问题及其原因进行了归纳和分析，其中包括耕地等指数与自然等指数、利用等指数的相关性问题，耕地分等成果在全国范围内缺乏可比性问题，相邻地块间水田和旱地的等指数出现突变问题，指定作物的代表性问题以及熟制问题等。
