耐蚀

In this study, room-temperature-vulcanized silicone rubber and high-temperature-vulcanized silicone rubber are use to prepare silicone composites. Silicone composites were prepared by adding different proportion of mica, silica or carbon fiber. The inorganic filler was thoroughly dispersed in silicone rubber by two-roll mill. This study focused on the influences of various fillers and additive level on the mechanical, thermal properties, anti-ablation and 90peel strength of the silicone hybrids.

中文摘要本实验分别选用室温熟成型矽橡胶以及高温熟成型矽橡胶作为高分子基材，再加入不同比例各种填充材料，例如：奈米云母、奈米二氧化矽、碳纤维等无机材料，并以双滚筒混炼法来制备矽橡胶复合混成材料，再经由其机械性质、耐烧蚀、黏著试验等量测，来探讨添加不同填充材及其添加量对矽橡胶热物性之影响。

The method avoids loose and porous hydrotalcite thin film by traditional chemical conversion method and powder coating method, and has such advantages as simple process and mild synthesis conditions. The obtained hydrotalcite thin film has excellent anticorrosive performance, and can improve the anticorrosive performance of Mg alloy.
