术后两组患者结石残留率经统计分析无明显差异，KUB复查提示两组疗效相当，差别无显著性意义，提示术后短期内(7天)结石残留率取决于手术情况，中医介入治疗不能改变短期结石残留率，但长期疗效有待进一步研究。
