其结果在一定程度上推广了一些经典文献的结果，取消了这些在经典文献结果中对s=0或s=n的条件限制，需要指出的是，据作者所知，到目前为止，本文也是第一次系统而又比较深入地研究了取值在泛Clifford代数〓上的超复函数的性质，并获得了比较系统而又深入的结果；另外，本文还对Clifford分析中的某些比较特殊的Riemann边值问题与奇异积分方程做了一定程度的研究，由于文中所用的方法较曾经出现的文献而言有着根本的改进，因此，本文去掉了从前在这一问题的研究过程中所做出的一些不必要的条件限制，从而使得在比以往条件更弱的情况下，获得了比以前文献中更多的结果。

Firstly,the sampling design has great impact on the accuracy of remote sensing classification.There exists great randomicity on the result of points and cluster sample verification on the different Sampling design.On the same sampling design,the stability of point sample verification is higher than that of Cluster sample verification.Secondly,the average accuracy of different sampling designs of multi-point and multi-cluster sample verification can reflect the accuracy characteristic.During the course of point sample verification,stratified sampling's error is lower than others'.During the course of cluster sample verification,systematic sampling and stratified sampling's accuracy are prior to simple random sampling's.

研究结果表明：（1）抽样方式对遥感分类精度评价结果的影响是客观存在的，不同抽样方式下的点样本和群样本检验结果都存在一定的随机性，但同一种抽样方式下，点样本检验精度评估结果的波动幅度小于群样本检验，稳定性比群样本检验要好；（2）不同抽样方式下的多次点样本和群样本检验的平均精度检验结果基本上都能够反映分类图像的精度特征，其中，点样本检验中，分层随机抽样点样本检验效果较好；群样本检验中，系统抽样群样本检验和分层随机抽样群样本检验的效果优于简单随机抽样群样本检验。

我们主要进行以下几个方面的研究：(1)对18名健康人及40名FD患者重复进行水负荷试验并结合B超声对近端胃的实时监测，评价水负荷试验结果的可靠性并分析其影响因素；(2)观察水负荷试验结果与症状积分及体表胃电结果的相关性；(3)比较FD患者和健康成人水负荷试验结果的差别；(4)对40名FD患者胃底粘膜活检组织进行免疫组化染色和甲苯胺蓝染色，观察FD患者的症状及水负荷试验结果与胃底粘膜肥大细胞、5-HT表达情况及H.pylori感染情况的相关性：(5)观察口服舒马曲坦对10名健康人及10名FD患者近端胃功能的影响，并由此推测胃底舒张运动调节的生理机制，探讨口服舒马曲坦治疗FD的可行性。

第二部分：α—(2，3)／(2，6)唾液酸对肿瘤细胞CX43间隙连接功能影响的机制研究1、Westernblotting结果表明降低细胞膜表面唾液酸并不改变Cx43的表达及其磷酸化水平：但Cx43连接斑形成增多；2、Westernblotting结果表明唾液酸酶作用后细胞ZO—1表达没有改变，IP及免疫荧光共定位结果表明唾液酸酶作用后促进了Cx43与ZO-1的结合；3、Westernblotting结果表明唾液酸酶作用后细胞N-cadherin表达没有改变，IP及免疫荧光共定位结果表明唾液酸酶作用后促进了Cx43与N-Cadherin复合物的形成；4、唾液酸酶作用后细胞内ERK1／2磷酸化水平明显增加，细胞间同质粘附增加，以及免疫荧光表明唾液酸降低后可促进N-cadherin的膜成簇。

The results gained from MACONP are indentical with that of RETRAN02/MOD2 program. Then, Incontrollable Control Rod Withdrawal ATWS , Loss Of Offsite Power ATWS , Turbine Trip ATWS and Loss Of Feedwater ATWS are analyzed emphatically. Based on the LOFW-ATWS analysis, the sensitivity analyses of the influence of some conditions on ATWS process are conducted, such as pressurizer relief valve blocking, putting pressurizer spray in, no turbine trip and decrease of moderator reactivity coefficient. The simulating results agree well with corresponding results of RELAP5/MOD2, both analyses consequences are consistent in the main.

本论文首先应用MACONP程序分析了秦山核电站的汽轮机保护停车瞬态，包括&压力有控制&和&压力无控制&两种情况，所得结果与RETRAN02/MOD2的计算结果吻合；然后着重分析了该电站的控制棒失控提升ATWS、失去厂外交流电源ATWS、汽轮机保护停车ATWS和失去主给水ATWS，并在LOFW-ATWS分析的基础上就稳压器释放阀卡死、稳压器喷淋投入、汽轮机不脱扣和慢化剂反应性系数减小等对ATWS进程的影响作了敏感性分析，仿真结果与RELAP5/MOD2的仿真结果符合良好，对结果进行分析所得到的分析结论也基本一致。

The expression changes of relating-apoptosis gene proteins (bcl-2, bax) were detected by immunohistochemistry before and after treating with the Agaricus Blazei Murill extract to explore the possible mechanisms of inducing apoptosis for MGC-803 cells in vitro. Results: The Agaricus Blazei Murill extract significantly inhibited the proliferation of gastric cancer cells in vitro and the inhibitive effects were depended on the medicine concentration and treating times. After treating 24 hours on the gastric cancer cells with the morphologic changes of apoptosis with chromatin margination, karyopyknosis, karyorrhexis were found by the light.

结果：(1)通过细胞培养和MTT法，表明长白山姬松茸在体外对MGC-803细胞株有明显的抑制作用，加药组与对照组相比其生长抑制率有显著性差异(P＜0.01)，而且这种抑制作用呈现浓度和时间的依赖性；(2)通过集落形成率的测定结果表明，加药组与对照组相比其集落形成率和集落形成抑制率有明显差异(P＜0.01)，说明长白山姬松茸对MGC-803胃癌细胞株有明显抗增殖作用；(3)光镜观察结果表明，加药组可见细胞脱水浓缩伊红染色增强，胞体缩小，内含高度浓缩的胞核呈深蓝色等典型细胞凋亡形态；经AO／EB荧光染色观察结果表明，当终浓度为1.0mg／ml的姬松茸提取物作用于MGC-803胃癌细胞24h后，其凋亡率和破膜率与自然凋亡率与破膜率相比，均有显著性差异，其凋亡率86.3％(P＜0.001)，破膜率为41.6％(P＜0.01)，说明姬松茸确实有诱导MGC-803胃癌细胞凋亡的作用，同时也有细胞毒作用，但以诱导细胞凋亡为主；(4)免疫组化结果表明，用药前后凋亡相关基因的BCl-2、Bax蛋白均有显著性的改变(P＜0.001)。

According to the character and advantage of partitional modeling, we construct the SD model of anaerobic reactor which is fed by glucose, and used a different calculation way for different blocks. Comparing with the lab data, errors between SD model, test data, and Andrews' model is less than 10%.
