The results indicated that following the increase of acetanilide loading, PVC crystalline was raised first and then decreased, when acetanilide content was 3%, PVC crystalline reached the maximum and the tensile strength was the strongest; the micro morphology was changed from an even cloud-like structure to an fiber like network, and the perfection of the network was raised first and then lowered, as made the elongation at rupture rise first and then decline.

结果表明：随着乙酰苯胺质量分数的增加，PVC结晶度先增后降，当乙酰苯胺质量分数为3%时，PVC结晶度最大，拉伸强度也最大；微观结构逐渐由均匀的云片状结构变成网络结构，且网络的完善性先增后降，使得材料的韧性先增后降。

The results show that the shape of meniscus is non-homogeneous because of the structure of the rectangular mold, and the height of meniscus will enlarge as increasing the power, and at the same time the meniscus fluctuate aggregately. The coil should be placed near the top of the mold and the initial free surface level should be placed in the middle of the coil in practice.

结果表明：由于矩形电磁软接触结晶器本身的结构限制，其弯月面沿周向上的分布具有不均匀性；随电源功率增大，弯月面高度增大，同时波动加剧；实际生产中线圈应尽量靠近结晶器口部位置安装，有利于提高弯月面高度和增强弯月面稳定性；浇注过程中，应该使浇注液面尽可能的控制在线圈中心偏上位置；当电源频率增大时，应该同时适当的提高电流来保证软接触效果。

XRD is applied to characterize the crystal form of the products and analyze the effect of crystallinity on solubility.

GAPⅡa's agglutination form was observed by scan electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. There were mainly empty and different size globoid form among other forms such as chip, needle and alveolus.

通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察，GAPⅡa聚集态主要以大小不一的空心球状形式分布于其他如片层、针状和蜂窝状形式之间。X-射线衍射分析结果表明经冻干得到的GAPⅡa粉末结晶度不高，但在结晶区其分子的规整性较高。

The results show that AREEC liquid crystal enables the flow behavior of PC to change from quasi-Newtonian type to pseudo-plastic type, and it can act as heterogeneous nuclei to accelerate greatly crystallization of PET, and then to improve evidently their injection moldability.

将AREEC液晶与PC、PET熔体共混，研究了共混体系的流变行为、结晶特性和可模塑性，证明AREEC液晶能使PC流变行为由准牛顿型变为假塑性幂律型，能对PET起异相成核和显著加速结晶作用，从而大大改善它们的注塑可塑模性。

The results showed that the aluminum plates had a much better effect than zinc plates in identifying crystalline free silica. The all open-faced samples had good uniformity in the filter no matter how many middles were used, but not so good for the closed-faced sampling. The calibration curve had a good correlation coefficient (r=0.995). Due to different industrial operating patterns, the distribution of crystalline free silica concentration varied by the industrial environment. The dust consisted of 10- 30% of crystalline free silica in all samples obtained from the foundry environments. The crystalline free silica was accounted for less than 10% in the respirable dusts.

结果显示，因为铝板对於结晶型游离二氧化矽具有较良好的补正系数，因此做为本研究的基底标准吸收校正的校正元素；SKC铝制旋风分离器搭配开匣式滤纸匣於一阶中环、二阶中环、三阶中环均有良好之均匀度，反之，搭配闭匣式滤纸匣其均匀度均不佳；分析检量线具有良好线性关系(r=0.995)，因作业型态不同，作业环境会有不同的浓度分布，综观作业环境中可呼吸性结晶型游离二氧化矽之含量均小於10%以下，总粉尘结晶型游离二氧化矽之含量约为10 – 30%之中。

本论文主要叙述了对工业品防老剂BHT的重结晶提纯和区域熔融提纯(自行设计和制造了区域熔融仪，申请了发明专利)来制定防老剂BHT标准物质的研究：通过实验确定了乙醇重结晶提纯工艺；利用自行设计区域熔融装置，拟定操作规程和技术条件；确定提纯样品的高效液相色谱法和差示扫描量热法的纯度检测条件和实验方法；用高效液相色谱检验BHT标准物质的均匀性、稳定性；分别用高效液相色谱法和差示扫描量热法测定这种标准物质的不确定度评定及两种不同原理检测的定值分析；最后确定标准物质BHT的纯度和合成标准不确定度：标准物质的制备、包装及贮存。

The results of CRYSTAF test showed,along with the increment of the ethylene content,an increase in the tacticity of propylene homopolymers and decreases in the isotacticity、long crystallizable sequence content.

This work, concentrated on the asymmetric allylation of aldehydes controlled by different chiral auxiliaries prepared from rotational pure tartaric acid, can be divided into three parts.The first part aims to review the developments of chiral drugs and asymmetric synthesis, from which derived the present research topic backgrounds and works.Synthesis and applications of allylation from aldehydes are the second part of the thesis. By optimizing the reaction conditions, such as solvents, temperature, time and chiral auxiliaries like N,N\'-dibenzyl tartamide, N,N\'-p-dimethylphenyl tartamide, N,N\'-o-dimethylphenyl tartamide, N,N\'-o-dichlorophenyl tartamide, N,N\'-a-dinaphyl tartamide, N,N\'-dicyclohexyl tartamide and N,N\'-diphenyl tartamide, ideal experimenttal conditions are obtained according to HPLC monitoring, as well as the auxiliaries\' recoveries experiments. Starting from benzaldehyde and 3-bromopropaldehyde, N,N\'-dibenzyl tartamide is considered the best auxiliary in this reaction.

Treatment under mild condition with solvent of lower polarity was in favor of keeping the molecular structure and properties such as water-solubility, gelatination, etc. Acetyl groups were partially eliminated when purified by Pb2 method, leading to increased crystallinity and glass temperature, which resulted in losts of water-solubility and gelatinability. Owing to the slight oxidative degradation with H2O2 method, the changes of chain size and some functional groups of KGM molecule led to decrease of viscosity and excessive swelling rate.
