In the third part of the paper, another novel technology, named as Mould Oscillation-less Electromagnetic Continuous Casting under AMMF was proposed in order to replace the huge mechanical mould oscillation system by AMMF imposing outside the mould in continuous casting.

进行了三种波形高频调幅磁场下的无结晶器振动电磁连铸初步实验研究，实验结果表明：在方波、三角波和正弦波调幅磁场作用下的无结晶器振动电磁连铸过程中，当调制波频率略低于系统固有频率时，弯月面与结晶器壁间断接触距离最大。

The results showed that the ungrafted KF and grafted KF can both induce transcrystallization in PA6/KF composites in the range of the beginning crystallization temperature and approaching melting temperature.The transcrystallization was more fine and perfect at higher crystallization temperature than at lower crystallization temperature,so was the ability of inducing transcrystallization.The grafted KF enhanced the growth ability of transcrystallization and promoted PA6 to form more fine and perfect transcrystallization than the ungrafted KF atrelative lower crystallization temperature. 5.The effect on mechanical properties and fracture morphologies of PA6/KF composites by anionic grafting nylon 6 onto KF was studied.

四、采用PLM 对PA6/KF 复合材料的界面结晶情况加以观察，发现PA6 与许多结晶性聚合物一样，在不受阻碍，没有外力的作用下能形成完整的球晶，KF 可以诱发横晶的生长，其诱发横晶的能力随着结晶温度Tc 的升高而增强，在相同条件下改性KF 所诱发横晶的密度及完整程度明显高于未改性的KF。

On the basis of the comprehensive study and analysis of the literatures concerning the mechanism and properties of CCWC, the substances that can react with anhydrate or hydration products and other supplementary ingredients were selected, and variety of experiments were conducted by means of cross experimental design. The effects of chemical composition and dosage of raw materials, curing condition, and chemical admixtures on waterproofing ability were tested and analyzed.

本文在对水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的作用机理和应用性能分析研究基础上，选择能与水泥混凝土中未水化水泥及部分水化产物反应的活性物质和其它的辅助成分，利用正交设计方法，研究不同组分对涂料防水性能的影响，并详细分析了原料化学成分、掺量及养护条件等参数的变化对涂料渗透结晶性能的影响，研制成功了一种以硅酸盐水泥为基础的水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料—GT防水涂料。

Results of DSC determinations show that an adequate content of atactic polystyrene is favourable of the crystallization of isotactic polystyrene,but the addition of more aPS linearly decreases the crystallinity of iPS because of the dilution effect.

DSC测定表明，产物中的无规物有利于等规聚苯乙烯结晶，但对结晶的熔点有降低作用。向产物加入更多的aPS则由于稀释效应而使iPS的结晶度线性下降。

是除去润滑油原料中易在低温下产生结晶的组分，主要指石蜡，脱蜡采用冷结晶法，为克服低温下粘度过大，石蜡结晶太小不便过滤，常加入对蜡无溶解作用的混合溶剂，如甲苯-甲基乙基酮，故脱蜡常称为酮苯脱蜡。

It is found that the fouling rate is lowered during subcooled fow boiling by carrying gas injection, and the influence of carrying gas injection on fouling of convective heat transfer is more obvious than that of subcooled flow boiling; morphology of CaCO〓 crystallization fouling exhibits self-similarity and the fractal dimensions of CaCO〓 crystallization fouling are determined from the gray scale distribution of the SEM images by box-dimension method. The value of the crystallization fouling surface fractal dimensions reveals the complexity of the surface, and can be used as an import parameter for the investigation of influence of carrying gas injection on scale formation.

实验发现：引入载气，过冷流动沸腾结垢速率降低，但引入载气对过冷流动沸腾结垢速率的影响要弱于对对流传热结垢速率的影响；CaCO〓结晶垢具有统计自相似性，即分形特征；用盒子维法测定了CaCO〓结晶垢的分维值，分维值的大小反映了换热面上生成的结晶垢表面复杂程度，可用于描述引入载气对污垢的形成作用。

Synchronous fluorescence showed that the addition of POM could enhance the fluorescence intensity of CV, which was explained in terms of the hindrance of the formation of the nonfluorescent twisted intramolecular charge transfer states of CV by the assembled POM-CV system, and the surfactant CTAB could enhance the luminescence by coordinated assembly.

具有同样Keggin结构的4种稀土杂多阴离子与结晶紫的作用总体一致，稀土元素不同体系的光活性会表现出一定的差异。实验证实，阳离子表面活性剂CTAB的存在会进一步增强体系的发光活性。三者协同作用，形成了更稳定的杂多阴离子－CV-CTAB三元超分子体系，而β-CD的存在对稀土杂多酸盐与结晶紫的超分子体系稳定不利。

The welding nugget happened to dynamically recrystallize and the refined crystal grains were obtained and the majority of Mg_2Si particles dissoluted due to the intensive mechanical stir and higher high temperature. In the thermal-mechanical affect zone that was heated under the recrystallized temperature, the crystal grains were elongated due to the mechanical stir and Mg_2Si particles partly dissoluted and the others grew. In the heat affect heat without the mechanical stir, to some extent, both of the crystal grains and the majority of Mg_2Si particles grew.

焊核区受到强烈机械搅拌作用和加热到较高的温度发生动态再结晶，得到细小等轴晶组织，Mg_2Si相以溶解为主；热机影响区加热温度低于再结晶温度，在机械搅拌作用下晶粒由于塑性变形而伸长，Mg_2Si相部分溶解，部分长大；热影响区仅受加热影响，晶粒有一定程度长大，Mg_2Si相以长大为主。

试验表明PP/GF/HDPE复合物的结晶峰温度升高8～9℃，结晶起始斜率变大，球晶几何尺寸明显减小，复合物中的玻璃纤维起到异相成核作用，高密度聚乙烯对聚丙烯有增塑作用并对异相成核具有协同效应。

聚合物结构分析表明：碱性固体聚合物电解质中凝聚态结构以非晶态为主，仅有少量的晶态，结晶度最大为0.1646；添加的各组分与PVA之间都有一定的相互作用，这种作用不仅破坏了聚合物链段的规整性，能够降低聚合物的结晶度，增大无定形区域，提高链段运动的能力，同时这种作用限制K~+离子的运动，提高OH~-的迁移率，从而提高离子电导率；碱性聚合物电解质的离子传导主要发生在无定形区；在本实验测试离子电导率温度范围内，聚合物内部的结构不会发生变化，即温度只会影响电解质内部络合物解离程度和载流子迁移以及聚合物链段运动的情况。
