本文通过对国内外金融业混业经营发展现状与趋势的分析研究，探讨出在混业经营形势下，面对未来中国金融监管模式的选择问题，应充分借鉴和参考国际金融监管的原则和经验，根据中国的具体国情和混业经营发展的不同阶段，逐步建立健全相关的监管机构和体制，在循序渐进的基础上实现重点突破，由机构性监管向功能性监管过渡，从而摸索出一条最适合我国金融业发展的监管模式路径。

This study uses seventy branches of case bank as basic samples in 6 years through 1997 to 1999 and 2003 to 2005 representing the periods before and after privatization respectively and employs an evaluation approach of operational efficiency-Data Envelopment Analysisto measure the operational efficiency of branches and justify the reasons of inefficiency.
