Based on the tensor expression for the Breit-Pauli Hamiltonian,and with the aid of irreducible tensor theory,the theory of relativistic corrections to the non-relativistic energies of many-electron atoms has been generalized to the case in which Racah wave functions are the linear combinations of multi-Slater wave functions,analytic formulism for calculating the relativistic corrections,which include mass correction,one-and two-body Darwin correction and spin-spin contact interaction,has been derived,all the angular interactions and spin sums involved in the problem have been worked out explicitly by using irreducible theory.

以Breit-Pauli哈密顿的球张量形式为基础，借助不可约张量理论，将多电子原子能量的相对论修正理论拓展到了原子的拉卡波函数为多个Slater基函数的线性组合的情形，导出了此情形下多电子原子能量相对论修正(包括相对论质量修正项、单体和双体达尔文修正项、自旋-自旋接触相互作用项)的解析表达式，完成了所有角向积分和自旋求和计算。

Among many implement schemes of decoding, the one using chips is the fastest one. Further, with the help of Riccati equations, an infinite number of conservation laws for the solton hierarchy are deduced. For the sake of simplicity, taking the general TD hierarchy as an illustrative example, we prove that its 2×2 Lenard pair of operators forms a Hamiltonian pair. Thus the isospectral evolution TD hierarchy is the general Hamiltonian system and possesses the Bi-Hamiltonian structures and Multi-Hamiltonian structures. By using the method of derivation of functional under some constraint condition, a complete one-to-one correspondence between the Hamiltonian functions of the hierarchy and its conservation density functions can be built. These results can also be applied to the isospectral evolution soliton hierarchy of this paper. Finally, there's a gauge transformation between the spectral problem of this paper and the AKNS system. Moreover, the potentials in these spectral problems satisfy the general Miura transformation, the corresponding relationship between the two soliton hierarchies is also given.

进一步本文还通过特征函数的组合关系所满足的Riccati方程，得到了该等谱方程族的无穷多个守恒律；为简便起见，本文以广义TD族为例，由它的2×2 Lenard算子对的性质证明了此算子对为Hamilton算子对，这说明广义TD族是广义Hamilton系统且具有Bi-Hamilton结构和Multi-Hamilton结构；进而利用它的依赖于谱参数的一般守恒密度的积分在约束条件下求泛函导数的方法，得到了广义TD族的Hamilton函数与守恒密度之间的对应关系，这些性质对于由本文提出的2×2谱问题所导出的等谱孤子族仍成立；另外此谱问题与AKNS系统存在着规范变换，位势之间有广义Miura变换，而孤子方程之间也满足一定的等价关系。

This paper analyses the homogenous tendency of open-end fund at first,pointing out that unperfect development of market and investors' immature investment opinions is the origin of such phenomena. Secondly,having compared the fund sizes and purchase fee rates of 25 open-end funds in China,conclude that there are problems of diseconomy of scale and indistinctive relativity between fees and achievement in Chinese open-end funds. Then this paper introduces benefit and cost function to analyze the problem of lack of motivation and constrain mechanism towards fund managers because of unreasonable fees in China. Thirdly,this paper analyze funds managers' normal hazards by static game model,and then points out fund managers have serious tunneling behaviors in Chinese open-end fund industry. In the end,this paper analyzes the causes of liquidity risk of open-end fun and the particularity of liquidity risk of open-end fund in China,and concludes that liquidity risk in Chinese open-end fund industry is higher through calculating the rates of share change and comparing the portfolio selections of top 20 open-end funds in China.

本文首先分析了我国目前存在的基金产品同质化现象，指出市场发展的不完善以及投资者投资理念的不成熟是同质化的根源所在；其次对比了我国现有的25只开放式基金的规模和申购费率，得出了我国开放式基金存在着规模效应不明显以及基金业绩与费率相关性不强的问题，并引入效益函数和成本函数分析了由于我国开放式基金费率不合理引发的基金管理者激励约束机制缺失的问题；再次，应用静态博弈模型分析了基金管理人面临的道德风险，指出目前我国开放式基金由于监管机制脆弱而存在着较为严重的管理者利益输送行为；最后，分析了开放式基金流动性风险的形成原因以及我国基金市场流动性风险的特殊性，并通过计算目前我国基金资产规模前20位的开放式基金的份额变动率以及比较它们的投资组合结构，得出了目前我国开放式基金流动性风险偏大的结论。

Two models for the identification of Wiener-type nonlinear systems, which are the combination of Laguerre function model with static neural networks, are presented, and the identification algorithm are derived respectively.

The methods are as follows: the first is for Hammerstein-type nonlinear system model with known upper value of its order; the second is for the nonlinear system model based on the nonlinear Laguerre model derived from the Volterra series input-output presentation, and the third is for the Wiener-type nonlinear system model based on the combination of Laguerre function with neural networks.
