Four aspects are studied in this paper: the study of non-linear syllable theory of the analysis ofdengyunxue of the syllabic structure of Chinese character, the study of the distinctive feature theory of the four types of the articulation of initials, the study of the markedness theory of the devoicing of the fully voiced initials and the study of the feature geometry theory of the correlates between the devoicing of the fully voiced initials and tonal change. Through our studies, conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1) Contemporary phonological theories can be used to elucidate the principle of Chinese dengyunxue;(2) Contemporary phonological theories can be used to explain the historical phonetic change of Chinese;(3) Different theories and methods of contemporary phonology should be applied to deal with different problems of Chinese phonology;(4) The application of contemporary phonological theories to the study of the historical phonetic change of Chinese is helpful to test and verify the universalizability of these theoretical hypotheses

通过对等韵字音结构分析的非线性音节理论研究、声纽四等的区别特征理论研究、全浊声母清化的标记理论研究和浊音清化与声调演变相互关系的特征架构理论研究等四项初探，揭示了：（1）当代音系理论可以阐明汉语等韵学学理；（2）当代音系理论可以解释汉语历史音变现象；（3）不同的汉语音韵问题，应该用不同的当代音系理论方法来研究；（4）当代音系理论在汉语历史音变研究中的运用，有助于验证其理论假设的普适性

The results showed that as the leaves development, POD activity on leaves of the male sterility line significantly differed from that in the maintainer and restorer line. The CAT activity had little difference in tasseling stage, SOD activity in the male sterility line was higher than its maintainer and restorer line, and the difference was significant in every stages.

These were raised underinducing condition to test if any morphology and structure changes. Twenty two Arabidopsismutants had various changes in morphology and anatomical structures. Twenty mutants hadlow germination rate from 10% to 60%, of which 2 had survival rates at 0% and 50%. Fivemutants occurred structure changes in the hypocotyls or stem. One of these lines, namedarris-stem, showed some unique changes: slower growth rate in comparison with the wildtype from germination to florescence; serrated margin of leaf blades, spiral rosette; morebranch in the bottom part of the stem, shorter nodes, twisted stem and branch. There were oneor several arrises along the stem. Across sections of the arrises showed one or several compactcells lumps which were round, made up of several layers of cells, looked like vascular-bundle.

Applied with test of potted plant and measurement absorbency for study physiological response of activity of cell defense enzymes and lipid peroxidation of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. There are 7 families comparison with general slash pine. The contents of superoxide dismutase, catalase, antioxidant, malondialdehyde and the rate of superoxide anion(-O2) generating are mensurated under normal water condition while soil water content is 70% and light water stress while soil water content is 55% to 60% and medium water stress while soil water content is 35% to 40% and heavy water stress while soil water content is 20% to 25%. The test result indicate that either water grads or families of contents of SOD,CAT,AsA,MDA are mighty notable difference. The rate of -O2 generating is notable difference within families. 为研究湿地松优良半同胞家系保护酶及脂质过氧化作用对水分逆境的生理响应，采用盆栽试验和吸光度测定结合的方法，以普通湿地松种子为对照，测定了七个湿地松半同胞家系在正常水分状态（土壤相对含水量为70%）、弱度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为55%~60%）、中度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为35%~40%）和强度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为20%~25%）条件下的SOD、CAT、AsA、MDA的含量和-O2产生速率，研究结果表明：无论是不同水分梯度还是不同家系水平，SOD、CAT、AsA活性和MDA含量的差异均达极显著水平，不同家系水平间-O2产生速率有显著差异，不同水分梯度间-O2产生速率差异达极显著水平。
