1 Steel plant,and profound analysis was carried out for the capability of reducing impurity of blowing-argon,ladle reefing,middle-vessel,crystallizer,and the infection of variant deoxidation ability on the content,composition and shape of the impurity in carting blank,through gas-analysis,image-analysis and electron microscope scan.

Through comparing and analyzing the metallurgical effects, proper addition quantity of the modifier was 80 kg per heat. Comparing with the original process, the average content of aluminum in the steel was increased by 0.06%, desulphurization ratio was increased by 89.25% and TFe was reduced by 0.6%, then stabilizing the production of aluminum containing steel.

试验中用改质剂代替原工艺中的精炼剂（Q235C钢种），通过对改质剂不同加入量的冶金效果进行对比分析，确定的改质剂加入量为每炉80 kg，试验表明，改质剂化渣快，能迅速降低顶渣的氧化性，与原工艺相比，钢中平均铝含量提高0.06%，脱硫率提高89.25%，渣中全铁降低0.6%，稳定了含铝钢的生产。
