In this paper, an efficient and easy biological screening method based on the sensitivity to lovastatin of Neurospora crassa was built to deal with the mutant strain rudely by UV mutation. A high-level strain was screened in the shaking flask culture incorporating with TLC and HPLC. A comparison between this two methods also was originally discussed while identifying dyeing using bromophenol blue as the better treatment of TLC, and offering a kind of simple, practical, fast and economical determination qualitatively and quantitatively.

本文有鉴于此，通过紫外诱变处理，并基于粗糙脉孢酶对洛伐他汀的生物敏感性，对诱变菌株进行了初筛；同时，采用摇瓶培养，结合TLC和HPLC的分析方法，复筛出一株高产菌株；对复筛过程两种分析方法分别进行了初步探讨，比较其优劣，确定TLC法经溴酚兰显色剂显色处理为较佳方式；从而，建立了一套简单、实用、快速、经济且有效的洛伐他汀生产菌诱变筛选方法。

所有病例均显示钩突、筛窦漏、半月裂、筛泡及中鼻甲等的结构，鼻中隔偏曲39例，中鼻甲反向弯曲28例、中鼻甲气化11例，钩突肥大16例，钩突明显偏移9例，钩突气化5例，筛泡过度气化15例， Haller 气房6例。

Results The tristar of groove was consisted of beak of the ethmoidal bulla and its prolonging process, apex of the uncinate process and anterior peak of the middle turbinate, at the region of frontal recess. The structures called meatal groove, uncinate groove and bullar groove were observed around the ethmoidal bulla and the tristar of groove located at their origination. Under endoscopic view these structures looked like a triangular clefts, so it was named.

结果 星状裂是由筛泡的顶端及其向上伸出的角、钩突的顶端、中鼻甲的前顶端在额隐窝区域汇合形成的一个星状裂隙，上述结构围绕筛泡形成鼻道沟、钩突沟、筛泡沟，星状裂为三条沟的起始部。

The unit of radioreaction in ethmoidal sinus was ethmoidal cell. Several ethmoidal sinus cells were fused to patch in severe cases. The radioreactions in ethmoidal sinus, maxillary sinus and sphenoidal sinus were seen within three months, after three months and after one year respectively. And nasal sinus radioreactions of most cases were not absorbed spontaneously after one year. When the two kinds of radiotherapies were equal in dosing level, there was no obvious difference between them in respect to the radioreaction of accessory sinus, but when the dosing level was above 3182GBq, the radioreaction of accessory sinus was remarkably increased, compared with those caused by lower-dose radiotherapies.

筛窦放射反应以筛窦小房为单位，重者也可以多个小房融合成片状；筛窦的放射反应在放疗后3个月内即可出现，上颌窦常在3个月以后出现放射反应，而蝶窦一般在放疗后1年以后才出现；大多数病例副鼻窦放射反应在1年以后难以自动吸收、消退；两种方法放疗剂量相同时所致副鼻窦放射反应无明显差别，但放疗剂量在3182 GBq以上时所致副鼻窦放射反应较其它放疗剂量时明显增高。

Innovative Results】Based on study on colorectal cancer screening in Xiacheng district,the results have showed that①The CRC screening in urban area based on guideline established by our units had the same good results as in rural area.High risk factors questionnaire investigation had important role in CRC screening and it can make up the shortcomings of iFOBT and detect nonbleeding lesions,especially precancerous lesions such as adenomas and polyps;②Each high risk factor was sorted according to sensitivity and specificity for the first time among natural population in city.

通过对下城区大肠癌筛查的研究①首次证明来自于中小城市农村的大肠癌筛查方案对城市社区自然人群与中小城市农村的自然人群一样具有较好的检出效果，证明了问卷调查对大肠癌筛查的重要作用，能弥补iFOBT不足，发现其不能检出的包括不出血病变，尤其是腺瘤、息肉；②首次在城市社区自然人群中对各高危项目根据诊断的敏感度及特异度进行了排序。
