The thesis consists of five chapters: chapter one discusses the correlative theory of Logistics, then dissertates the condition and current of modern Logistics and the problems of Chinese Logistics. Chapter two introduces and analyzes the develop actuality of Chinese railway freight forward enterprises. Chapter three discusses the primary theory of Third Party Logistics. On this basic, it analyzes the actuality of Chinese railway Third Party Logistics, and finds the leading factors that influence the development of Third Party Logistics enterprises. Chapter four offers the concept of modern Logistics reengineer, and then analyzes it with SWOT. On this basic, the thesis brings forward that the way which Chinese railway freight forward enterprises become modern Logistics enterprises. At last, it prospects the future of railway freight forward enterprises developing modern Logistics, including the current of global Logistics and Internet. Chapter five enumerates two representative and successful cases from domestic and overseas of railway Third Party Logistics enterprises.

本文共分五章，第一章从物流的相关理论出发，论述了现代物流的现状和发展趋势以及我国物流发展历史回顾及存在的问题；第二章介绍并分析了中国铁路货运代理企业的发展现状；第三章介绍了第三方物流的基本理论、国内外第三方物流发展现状以及第三方物流市场供需状况，并在此基础上对我国铁路发展第三方物流的现状进行分析，找出了影响第三方物流企业发展的主要因素；第四章给出了现代物流再造的概念界定，然后对其进行了SWOT分析，并在此基础上提出了中国铁路货运代理企业向现代物流转型的对策，最后对铁路货运代理企业发展现代物流进行了展望，主要包括全球物流发展趋势和互联网发展趋势；第五章列举了中外两个比较典型的铁路发展第三方物流的成功的案例，分别是法国铁路公司的公铁联运和汽车物流和中铁联合物流有限责任公司。

A form with lower CV might be more attention-demanding in terms of its inherent semantic value.The thesis consists of 5 chapters: Chapter 1 is an introduction of the research topic, purpose and significance; Chapter 2 is a selective literature review of the enhancement techniques and mixed results of FonF in the previous studies, Chapter 3 presents the theoretical framework the present study wasbased on; Chapter 4 reports on the present study, including the hypotheses, operational definitions, subjects, target language forms, research design, procedures, instrument, data collection and analysis, analysis, discussion; and Chapter 5 is the conclusions of the present study.

本文由五部分构成：第一章为引言，介绍选题、研究目的及其意义；第二章对前期'有意注意形式教学'研究中注意强化技巧及取得的不同研究成果进行了回顾，并指出了尚存问题；第三章为理论框架，根据注假设意理论及输入加工理论，建立了本研究假设；第四章报告了现行研究，包括研究假设，目标语选用，实验及其数据收集、整理、分析、讨论；第五章报告了研究结论：'有意注意形式教学法'只对学习部分语言形式有效；学习某些语言形式时传统教学法更有效；语言结构复杂性对教学方法的有效性具有显著影响。

Firstly, observed the meaning of shibi culture from the view of minority intangible culture heritage anew. Secondly, researched and recorded the history and actuality of shibi and shibi culture transmission by oral historiography. This data prepare the base of shibi and shibi culture studying. Thirdly, researched and studied the shibi sutra and picture sutra of shibi using frame of reference of ethnonymics, ethnology and linguistics, opened out the inbeing of shibi culture. Fourthly, based on the characteristic of religion system, I observed the conception of deities and ghosts of Ch'iang people anew. Fifthly, researched and studied the folk religion ceremonials for sacrificing offerings to god and deities, and unscrambled the multi-meaning of shibi culture.

论文的创新之处主要体现在五个方面：第一，从非物质文化遗产的角度，重新审视羌族释比与释比文化的价值；第二，运用口述史学的方法最大限度地还原并重构羌族释比传承、释比文化传承的历史、释比文化的内涵、释比文化的现状等，为释比文化的研究奠定了基础；第三，运用民族学、文化人类学、语言学等方法，对释比唱经、释比图经《刷勒日》等进行全面、深入、细致的调查，剖析释比文化的本质内容；第四，从羌族民间信仰的体系的特点，重新审视羌族神鬼观念；第五，重点调查并研究羌族祭山会仪式，解读羌族文化的多重意义。

The paper is organized as follows: First, we will give a brief introduction and history of the Human-Earth system and present the method to analyze the regional HE system using PRED model. In this process, we understand therole and significance of Zhang Junmai constitutional philosophy in building ademocratic constitutional government; Part IV , in which the writer describes thecharacteristics of Zhang Junmai constitutional philosophy, is important; In the end, thewriter thinks that Zhang Junmai political appeal hadn't achieved at the ideal result thathe expected, but, there were some reasonable factors contained in his thoughts, thatwhat we shouldn't be abandoned but be utilized and developed when constructing themodern nation.

本文主要分为五个部分，在绪论中主要叙述了张君劢宪政哲学思想之研究现状以及张君劢宪政思想历程，把张君劢的宪政活动和思想认识做出了初步的概括，使我们能更加清楚的理解他的宪政哲学思想背景；第二部分主要是对其宪政哲学思想形成之基础进行归纳与总结，叙述张君劢对中西文化的认识和理解，研究其宪政哲学思想之中西文化的理论背景；第三部分则是对张君劢宪政思想之哲学演变的探讨，叙述了其宪政哲学思想从倭伊铿哲学转向康德哲学的演变过程，从其思想演变过程来理解张君劢宪政哲学在中国民主宪政建设中的作用和意义；第四部分主要是从张君劢各种宪法草案以及宪政活动中概括其宪政哲学思想之特征，从而得出其民族意识、德法合一与精神自由的宪政哲学核心内涵，并且在时代的背景下对其社会主义思想与马克思主义社会主义观进行了比较研究；第五部分则是对张君劢宪政哲学思想的一种再认识，指出了其宪政哲学思想在当代仍饱含着建设性的意义，并且赞同其复兴儒家文化的主张，认为这一主张在当代社会发展中仍有十分巨大的现实意义，在这些认识基础上，笔者认识到我们仍要保持一种批判与继承的态度去看待张君劢宪政哲学思想。
