摘 要：古希腊奥林匹克运动是西方竞技体育的发源，中国古代体育是中国传统竞技体育的始端，"酒神精神"是西方竞技体育文化的典型表征，"日神精神"是中国古代竞技体育文化的真实写照。

Results: It showed that (1) the main motivating factors were "to acquire experience in the sport","to relax and socialize","to satisfy curiosity", and "to kill time amid excitement";(2) the ten most popular sporting activities included walking, scuba diving, swimming, banana boat riding, hot spring, beach games, SPA, cycling, mountain climbing and car racing;(3) the sport tourism experiences sought were geared towards "natural environmental challenge" and "artificial environmental challenge" rather than "interpersonal contest" or "interpersonal combat". In terms of tourism resources consumed,"natural coastal experience" and "natural landscape experience were more favourable when compared to "manmade cultural/entertainment experience"."Manmade historic experience was not mentioned at all. Conclusion: The survey provided support that sport tourism environment and activity forms evoke different motivating factors.

结果：(1)游客主要的运动观光参与动机依序为「运动体验」、「解压与社交」、「满足新奇」与「消磨与刺激」筝四因素；(2)游客参与运动观光活动的类型前十项，依序为散步、浮潜、游泳、香蕉船、泡温泉、海滩游戏、水疗、自行车、登山、赛车，前五项活动合计已占全部运动观光活动八成以上；(3)运动观光客的运动经验以「天然环境的挑战」、「人工环境的挑战」为主，「竞技式人之挑战」及「技击式人之挑战」较少，而其使用的观光资源经」验主要为「自然海岸经验」与「自然风景经验」，其次为「人造文化娱乐经验」，而「人造历史经验」在此地区则未出现。

In order to analyze and find a feasible solution, this project aims to analyze the dilemma facing by it, to conduct a cognitive analysis to its affecting factors and to put forward practical strategies by documentary material, experts interview discussion, questionnaire survey, statistics analysis, logical deduction and tape-recording analysis.

In the procedure of gymnastics athletes' U.C., the functions of the conditional ability performing now are more and more important in the competitive abilities of the floor exercises; besides the sport technique and conditional ability, one should pay attention to the figure in the pommel horse; the importance of the conditional ability is far above the sport technique , and the requirements of the figure are also high in the rings; the characters of competitive abilities of the vaulting horse are similar to those of the floor exercise, in which conditional ability plays a very important role; the requirements of the sport technique in the parallel bars are above those of the conditional ability; the requires of sport technique in the horizontal bar are strikely above those of other individual events, and the psychological ability is above the conditional ability; uneven bars contains much techniques, which means, sport technique is above the conditional ability; balance beam also contains much techniques and requires the least in the conditional ability in women's events, but this individual event demands psychological ability badly. Therefore one should emphasize on the cultivation the psychological ability when U.C. is applied to the balance beam.

体操各单项在实施非衡结构补偿过程中，自由体操各竞技能力中运动素质发挥着越来越大的作用；鞍马注重运动技术和素质外，还应注意形态要求；吊环中运动素质的重要程度远大于运动技术，对形态的要求也很高；跳马与自由体操的竞技能力特点类似，运动素质的作用非常大；双杠对运动技术的要求高于运动素质；单杠对运动技术的要求明显高于其它诸项要素，对心理能力的要求甚至略高于运动素质；高低杠技术性很强，对运动技术的要求高于运动素质；平衡木技术性较强，对运动素质的要求不如女子其他各项高，但对心理能力的要求非常高，在实施非衡补偿时，应注意对心理能力的培养。
