磨损性

ABSTRACT A new category of steels having excellent combinations of strength, toughness and strain-hardening ability and excellent resistances to high-stress, especially to severe impact-loaded abrasion was developped with a new idea of abrasion-resistant materials designing.

本文以新的耐磨材料合金设计思想，研制了一类同时具有很高强韧性和良好加工硬化能力、在高应力尤其是高冲击负荷磨损条件下耐磨性十分优异的新型耐。。。

It has good properties, such as, wettability, high flash point and viscosity, low pour point, and little action on metal and rubber. So it can decrease the friction force of moving surface to enhance antifriction.

具有良好的湿润性、高闪点和高粘度、低倾点等优良性能，对金属和橡胶的作用很小，减小运动表面间的摩擦力，提高抗磨损能力。

A new type in-situ reinforcing Cr7C3 ceramal composite coating was fabricated on carbon steel(C3) substrate by plasma cladding. Microstructure of the ceramal composite coating was characterized by SEM, XRD and EDS. Room and high temperature wear properties were evaluated under dry sliding wear test conditions and their wear mechanism was discussed.

采用等离子熔覆技术，在调质C3钢表面制得以原位生成初生相Cr7C3为增强相的金属陶瓷复合材料涂层；利用SEM、XRD和EDS等分析了涂层的显微组织和相组成；测试了在室温干滑动磨擦及高温滑动磨擦条件下涂层的耐磨性，并讨论了其磨损机理。

The hardenability of medium-temperature phase transformation of 290Cr8Si2 wear-resistant medium chrome cast iron is worse than that of 290Cr8Si1 medium chrome cast iron .

耐磨损290Cr8Si2中铬铸铁热处理中温相变的淬透性低于290Cr8Si1中铬铸铁。

Valve: The sealing performance between valve check and seat ring will be damaged because of worn and corrosion. If this occur, close the main valve and take down the valve clack to polish.

The results show that the brush-plating coating is even and compact from section plane with good toughness and adhesion. The microhardness of the coating is 230.6HV0.5 which is 3 times of cast aluminium substrate. The wear resistance of the coating is 3 times of cast aluminium substrate. But the friction coefficient of the coating is 0.70 which is more high than that of the substrate, which is favorable for the fixed conjugate between the axis sheath and the axis seat of the gear-box.

结果表明，镀层厚度分布均匀、致密，镀层与基体界面清晰，未出现氧化物夹层，镀层的韧性和结合强度均较好；测得碱性铜及铸铝基体的显微硬度分别为230.6、74.2HV0.5；碱性铜的镀制使基体表面显微硬度及耐磨性均提高了2倍多，磨损状况明显改善。
