Results Body mass index,family history,and hypertension history were found to be OSAS-related risk factors,OR=1.502,8.511 and 5.497.Conclusion Body mass index,family history,and hypertension history are all the risk factors for OSAS,so the incurrence of OSAS can be lowered down by instruction of keeping fit,controlling body weight and keeping on diet,proper exercises,active control of blood pressure,changing the bad living habit and quitting drinking and smoking so that their life quality is improved.

笔者对OSAS的疾病相关危险因素进行分析，为降低该疾病的发生率，减轻患者疾病相关症状，改善防治措施提供依据。1对象与方法1.1研究对象选取2007年4-7月在广州市呼吸疾病研究所睡眠中心和珠江医院呼吸科睡眠室接受全夜多导睡眠监测(polysomnography，PSG)的患者为研究对象，入选的标准为年龄≥18岁，本人知情同意。

Results:The total point prevalence was 33.07% between Beijing and Shanghai;It consisted of the one has the difficulty in falling asleep(16.53%),mouth breathing(6.40%),sleep inquietude(6.27%),molarteeth(6.00%),bedwetting(5.60%),member spasm(3.87%).

结果：睡眠障碍总时点发病率为33.07%，位于京沪两地之间；睡眠障碍症状发病率前6位依次为：入睡困难(16.53%)；张口呼吸(6.40%)，睡眠不安(6.27%)，磨牙(6.00%)，遗尿(5.60%)，肢体抽动(3.87%)。

To tease out how REM sleep-during which most dreaming takes place-affects our emotions, the Canadian researchers showed disturbing images (such as gory scenes or a women being forced into a van at knifepoint) to a group of healthy volunteers just before they went to bed. When the subjects viewed the same pictures in the morning, those who had been deprived of dream-filled REM sleep were less emotionally affected than those deprived of other sleep phases.

Methods Retaining manometric tube in radial artery and polysomnography were done synchronously in 12 patients with OSAS whom was diagnosed by whole-night PSG.Blood specimens were collected before sleep,during NREM sleep and REM sleep and the next morning to detect the concentrations of VIP and ET by radioimmunoassay and NO by nitrate reductase method.

12例OSAS患者在桡动脉内留置导管监测血压并同步进行夜间多导睡眠仪连续记录，分别于睡前清醒时、非快动眼睡眠期、快动眼睡眠期及清晨从桡动脉留置的导管内抽取血标本测定VIP、NO和ET。
