本实验采用东北大学陶瓷研究所研制成功的由Ti粉和Ni粉为主要原料，采用TiH_2和NH_4HCO_3作为造孔剂，通过粉末冶金方法制备的多孔NiTi合金，并采用真空灌注羟基磷灰石的方法取得的种植体的新材料，在添加TiH_2做为造孔剂的基础上在Ti：Ni原子比为50%：50%的试样中添加NH_4HCO_3做为第二种造孔剂后，试样中的气孔经检测是由100～500μm的大孔、1～50μm小孔和1μm以下的微孔组成，产生了合理的粗化表面并同时得到了固位良好的生物涂层。

The results of XRD (X-ray diffraction), SEM show that the Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystalline coating is dense and uniform, by preparing from Al70Cu20Fe10 powders with particle size of 325 mesh (4.5μm). After annealing under vacuum condition of 800℃ for 2 hours, it is observed that the icosahedron phase is the major phase together with a few β-Al phase.

由X-射线衍射XRD(X-Ray Diffraction)、扫描电镜SEM分析得出：采用原子比为A170Cu20Fe10、粒度为-325目的粉末制备的涂层，在800℃下真空退火处理2h后，结构均匀致密，二十面体准晶相含量高，并只含有少量的β相。

The results show that the AlN coating has excellent absorption properties for solar energy and better photo-thermal transformation efficiency.
