Cases had foreign bodies taken out by bronchoscopy under total intravenous anesthesia, and 19 cases who had severe infections or had pneumothorax or endermic emphysema used antibiotics before the operation.

对呼吸道异物患儿846例中的827例，急诊全麻下行支气管镜检查术及异物取出术，感染较重或合并皮下气肿气胸19例患儿先行对症消炎后再行手术。

Results43 patients were treated with more than six different kinds of surgeries, and 8 cases of complication mainly occurred on the first 30 cases of operations, which included 1cases of conversion to open surgery, 1 cases of preperitoneal emphysema, 1 cases of cutaneous emphysema, 1cases of gastrocolic omentum pain on the paracentesis point, 1 cases of bladder injury,1 cases of scathe on intestinal canal and 2 cases of injury of blood vessel.

结果 本组共43 例，涉及6种以上术式，8 例出现术中并发症，主要发生在前期30 例中，其中中转开腹1例，腹膜前气肿1 例、皮下气肿1例，穿刺孔大网膜痛1例，膀胱损伤1例，腹内肠管损伤1例、大血管损伤2例，未出现穿刺孔感染、出血、麻醉意外等并发症。

结果 根据X线平片和CT所见，在182例患者中，6例(3.3％)出现空洞病变，临床诊断为霉菌感染；10例(5.5％)出现胸水，8例(4.4％)出现纵隔气肿和皮下气肿，3例(1.6％)出现气胸。

Other unusual cases may be associated with pneumopericardium, subcutaneous emphysema, splenic abscess, tension pneumothorax, gastropleural fistula, gastrobronchial fistula, gastropancreatic fistula, gastroenteral fistula, and penetration into the heart and aorta.

其它不常见的包括：心包膜腔积气、皮下气肿、脾脏脓疡、张力性气胸、胃肋膜腔唱管、胃支气管唱管、胃胰脏唱管、胃肠道间唱管以及造成心脏或主动脉穿孔。

Results CT scans clearly showed lung contusions in 117,lung laceration and haematoma in 19,atelectasis in 24, haemothroax in 67, pneumothorax in 45, hemopneumothorax in 52, mediastinum haematoma in 7, pneumomediastinum in 8,pneumoderma in 25, diaphragmatic hernia in 17, fracture of rib in 103, and flail chest in 34 fractures.

结果诊断肺挫伤117例，肺挫裂伤及肺内血肿19例，肺不张24例，血胸67例，气胸45例，血气胸52例，纵隔血肿7例，纵隔积气8例，皮下气肿25例，膈疝17例，肋骨骨折103例，连枷胸34例。143例（84.1％）经非手术处理，其中43例行胸腔闭式引流术，22例行机械呼吸支持。

Results The image displays of bronchial rupture are the following ones:atelectasis after bronchial discontinue,"downfallen lung" sign;pneumothorax or hydropneumothorax,and mediastinal emphysema or/and pneumoderma.

结果 支气管断裂的影像表现为：支气管中断后的肺不张，&坠落肺&征；气胸或液气胸；纵隔或/和皮下气肿。

Results:31 cases (34.8%) had bronchovascular shadows with the small spot shadows;32 cases (35.9%) had clouded shadows;26 cases (29.2%) had patchy shadows and pulmonary cyst; We also can find pneumothorax, hydropneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, subcutaneous emphysema, fracture of costal bone.

结果：肺纹理有改变伴有小斑点状阴影31例(34 8%)；出现云雾状及磨玻璃状阴影32例(35 2 %)；有大片模糊的较高密度影和肺囊肿影2 6例(2 9 2 %)；另外还发现气胸、液气胸、纵隔气肿、皮下气肿及肋骨骨折等。

Results:31 cases (34.8%) had brochovacular shadows with the small spot shaows;32 cases (35.9%)had clouded shadow; 26 cases (29.2%) had patchy shadows and pulmonary cyst ;We alse can find pneumothorax,hydropneumothorax,mediastinal emphysema,subcutaneous emphysema,fracture of costal bone.

结果：肺纹理有改变伴有小斑点状阴影37例（37%）；出现云雾状及磨玻璃状阴影48例（48%）；有大片状模糊的较高密度影和肺囊肿15例（15%）；另外还发现气胸、液气胸、纵隔气肿、皮下气肿及肋骨骨折等。

目的 根据14例患者外伤后支气管断裂的ct和x线表现，分析其起因、外伤类型和ct、x线应用价值及优劣势。方法对14例支气管断裂患者的临床资料、x线平片、ct片进行分析、总结。结果外伤性支气管断裂的主要影像学表现①支气管截断征；②肺不张与肺坠落征；③胸腔积液、积气；④纵隔、皮下气肿；⑤胸廓多发骨折；⑥合并创伤性湿肺等。结论对于外伤性支气管断裂结合x线摄片和ct检查是可以早期明确诊断的。
