Methods: Mini-implant was used in ten cases as orthodontics anchorage. Three of the ten were adult denture crowded patients, the others were adults with bimaxillary protrusion. MAS mini-implant were implanted in 15, 16 and 25, 26 separately. The mini-plants were utilized with the rubber chain, ligature silk to move the cuspid to diatal and to adduct the anterior teeth.

收集武汉大学中南医院口腔正畸科就诊成人牙列重度拥挤患者3例，成人双颌前突患者3例，分别在他们15、16和25、26间各植入一枚MAS微型种植体，利用橡皮链，结扎丝和镍铬弹簧等与微植体相连牵引尖牙向远中移动、内收前牙、防止磨牙支抗丧失。

Methods 40 selected patients treated with fixed appliance were randomly divided into two groups （n=20 each）, the fluoride mouth rinse test group and the placebo control group.The number of decalcified teeth and the severity of enamel decalcification were evaluated and compared after three months and after six months.
