The infrared ray IR spectra of chitosanshows that the feature-absorbing band of chitosan amido was 1601cm~(-1), that ofβ-indican bond was 986cm~(-1). The results of the X-ray diffraction of chitosan indicatesthat its degree of deacetylation and degree of crystal are both big.

本文的主要内容如下：(1)对壳聚糖的质量进行分析，其水份为15.205％，脱乙酰度为92.671％，重均分子量为195900，黏均分子量为194100，分解温度为298℃，壳聚糖的红外光谱表明，壳聚糖—NH_2的特征吸收峰为1601cm~(-1)，β-糖苷键的特征吸收峰为986cm~(-1)，壳聚糖的X-衍射图表明壳聚糖原料的脱乙酰度和结晶度均较大。
