The experiment material is apricot and almond in this paper,passed TTC method to carried on examination the agnate pollen of vitality before pollination;after the investigation fruit set percentage,using of DPSv3.01 analyzed the date;the pollen tube behavior and bourgeon were observed by means of flurescence microscopy;the orthogonal design was used to optimize SSR amplification system of apricot hybrids in five factors at four levels respectively;making use of the new SSR-PCR system analyse the 50s hybrids.

本文以仁用杏及扁桃为试验材料，通过TTC染色法对授粉前父本花粉的活力进行了测定，运用DPSv3.01专业版数据处理系统软件对授粉后坐果率的调查数据进行了分析；利用荧光显微技术对花粉在柱头的萌发情况及花粉管的生长状况进行了动态观察；采用正交设计对仁用杏杂交苗SSR-PCR反应的5因素4水平进行试验；在新体系的基础上对50个杂交苗进行了分析。

It is speculated that most of the multiple pengze crucian carp are tetraploid, their chromosomes consist of the whole maternal chromo some set and a haploid paternal chromosome set, they belong to the filial generation from ovum of female parent pengze crucian carp which inserts haploid genome of agnate.

推测多数复合鲫个体为复合四倍体异育彭泽鲫，其染色体组包含母本彭泽鲫的全套染色体和父本单倍染色体组所产生的子代，少数个体可能为非整倍体。

The dendrogram shoe that the 55 materials were divided into five class at the line L_1,the agnate No.4 was a class and matriline longwangmao was a class,the other three agnate and hybrids were regular cluster,only agnate No.1 and P6-N-4、P6-N-7、P6-N-8 etc.14 hybrids were cluster,show partial male type.

另由树状图得知在L_1处可将55份供试材料分成5大类，除父本4号与母本龙王帽各自成一类外，其余3个父本与杂交苗有规律的聚类在一起，但只有父本1号与P6-N-4、P6-N-7、P6-N-8等14个杂交苗聚类到了一起，表现出偏父型。

In crossing of the 8 autotetraploidy rices (Oryza sativa, 2n=4x=48), APIV(4), IR36(4), Zixuedao(4), Ce 64(4), Minghui 63(4), IR28(4), Ce 90(4) and Gui 99(4) used as the females, with Pennisetum alopecuroides (2n=2x=18) used as the males, the seeds were obtained, but no seed was got in the crosses of the 3 diploidy rices (Oryza sativa, 2n=2x=24), APIV(2), Ce 90(2) and Zixuedao(2) used as the females, with Pennisetum alopecuroides.

利用APIV(4)、IR36(4)、紫血稻(4)、测64(4)、明恢63(4)、IR28(4)、测90(4)和桂99(4)等8个同源四倍体水稻(Oryza sativa， 2n=4x=48)为杂交母本，以狼尾草(Pennisetum alopecuroides， 2n=2x=18)为杂交父本进行杂交，获得了实粒种子。但是，在以APIV(2)、测90(2)和紫血稻(2)这3个二倍体水稻(Oryza sativa， 2n=2x=24)为杂交母本，以狼尾草为杂交父本的杂交组合中却没有获得实粒种子。

鉴别宽叶型杂种较难、需时较长(2-3年生时)并需与染色体倍性鉴定法相结合，因其形态变化较小而生长势又与平邑甜茶无融合生殖苗无明显差异；鉴别光叶型杂种因父本染色体组的影响加大而从形态上容易些，但也需过氧化物同工酶法或染色体倍性鉴定法相配合；皱叶型杂种因在苗期刚出1-2片真叶时就表现明显的标志性状、能从叶片形态上准确鉴别出来，毋须染色体倍性鉴定等复杂方法；因皱叶型杂种能早期鉴别，又表现明显的矮生性，因而选用"扎矮76"做父本不仅大大提高了平邑甜茶授粉后代中选择杂种的效率，而且提高了苹果无融合生殖型实生矮砧育种的效率。

The results showed that the crossing combination of Oriental hybrids ×Asiatic hybrids and Longiflorum hybrids ×Asiatic hybrids were liable to success. It was showed that male parent was fit for female parent.

在杂交育种试验中，采用切割柱头授粉的方法对不同杂交组合进行了研究，结果表明：以东方百合为母本、亚洲百合为父本的杂交组合和以麝香百合为母本、亚洲百合为父本的杂交组合能获得较高的座果率，说明所选父本的花粉对母本的亲和性较好。

But the crossing combination of Asiatic hybrids ×Oriental hybrids and Longiflorum hybrids ×Oriental hybrids were not easy to success, there were two reasons: one was male parent was unfit for female parent, the other was cut-style pollination was unfit for these crossing combination, must used another method of pollination to try it again.
