This research work has an emphasis on the transformations of the weldments microstructure by the means of the scanning electron microscope, and the transmission electron microscope, both before and after the service of the inner cover of the austenitic stainless steels under the ultrahigh temperature. Its service behavior under the ultrahigh temperature status is also analyzed. This study provides reliable information for the industrial production and a valuable reference for further theoretical investigations.

本工作侧重于研究奥氏体耐热不锈钢内罩在高温服役前后，其接头焊缝组织中发生的转变，应用扫描电子显微技术和透射电子显微技术等手段，对焊缝显微组织进行研究，分析它在超高温条件下的服役行为，为工业生产部门提供可靠的信息，为进一步的理论研究提供一点参考价值。
