热衷的

The author thinks that the main mind problems in the process of research are the followings: one is to tail after the western psychological mainstream and despising transpersonal psychology, the root of which is inferiority; one is to comply with the obsolete so-called scientific methods inflexibly, the root of which is timidity; one is to be wild about introducing our culture to the west without in-depth research , the root of which is speculation; one is to be deliberately mystifying, such as one-sided emphasis on "insight" and unspeakable, the root of which is conceit; one is to try to create our local psychology impatiently but being restricted to a designated area, the root of which is anxiety.

我认为中国的心理学家在研究的心态中存在的问题主要有：追随西方心理学"主流"，鄙视超个人心理学，心态的根源是自卑。严格依从旧的"科学"方法，心态的根源是胆怯。热衷向西方人介绍，但是不深入研究，心态的根源是投机。故做玄虚，片面强调"悟"、"不可言说"等，心态的根源是自负。急切于建立本土心理学，但是画地为牢，心态的根源是焦虑。

So there is an idea bourgeoned in my mind, which is to use the traditional painting to express the new appearance of Beijing.

于是我开着车跑遍了北京城，去寻找最佳的表现北京新貌的景观，西直门立交桥，夜景的长安街，都是我热衷描绘的景点，传统的水墨画的弱点是不容易塑造具象的东西，于是我在宣纸和毛笔作为主要媒材的同时加入了丙稀色和排刷，希望能拓宽水墨的表现领域，在保持着线条和水墨韵味的基础上增加了色彩的力度，闪烁的霓虹，华灯初上，行人如织，车水马龙，北京正一步步的向国际化大都市迈进，把北京每前进一步的印记用绘画的形式记录下来，也是人生一大快事，怀着对北京的神圣感情，用纸和画笔，从一个画家的独特视角出发，将北京的景观、尤其是不太被人注意的人文景观留下来，是我一生的夙愿。

Apparently, as China's center of politics and culture, Beijing has more advantages than Shanghai; despite being China's most-commercialised metropolis, Shanghai suffers from the homogeneity of value due to its over-anxiousness to become more internationalised. Beijing, on the other hand, keeps its extremely strong force of traditions and multiple value standards in the process of globalisation. The city of Beijing hosts the country's Central Government and represents China's sovereignty. Compared to the once-colonised Shanghai, it still has much conviction of preserving local culture after the 'right of passage' brought forth by the advanced design and technologies of the 2008 Olympics.

显然，作为中国政治文化中心的北京比商业大都会上海更具竞争优势：上海虽然商业化程度较高，但由于过于热衷西化而导致价值标准偏于单一，而北京则在融入全球化的同时仍然葆有极为强大的传统力量，价值标准更为多元；北京是中央政府所在地，是中国国家主权的象征城市，比起曾经的殖民城市上海而言，它在经历奥运会所带来的世界先进设计理念和技术的洗礼后，仍有较多本土文化的坚守。
