Abstract］Objective:To study the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome.

目的：探讨静脉注射丙种球蛋白对葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征的疗效。

Methods: The rats bearing cerebro-ventricle intubations, were inflicted with 30% of total body scope area of the animals, full thickness burn injury. The pathological changes, the conten ts of brain water, the contents of LDH and NO in hippocampus were observed in th e rats.

SD大鼠侧脑室埋管，制成30％体表面积Ⅲ度烫伤模型；伤后3 d，测定脑组织含水量，海马乳酸脱氢酶和一氧化氮的含量；做病理切片，尼氏染色。
