Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into three groups, five were in normal group; the other two groups, sham and epilepsy groups, were divided into 6 subgroups according to the time points of 6, 24 and 72 h, 7, 14, and 21 d after kindling, respectively, each subgroup had 5 rats. Typical kindled model of temporal lobe epilepsy was established by kainic acid microinjected into right nucleus amygdalae in male Wistar rats.

将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组，正常对照组5只，假手术组和海人酸KA）致痫组各30只，采用KA杏仁核微量注射方法建立经典的大鼠颞叶癫痫点燃模型；假手术组和KA致痫组分别按点燃后6、24、72 h和7、14、21 d时间点分为6组，每组5只。
