结果 本组手术死亡率为0，无胰、胆肠吻合漏发生，30例均于术后10～14天康复出院，术后远期慢性并发症随访显示，仅1例(3.33％)患慢性脂肪痢和营养不良症，余29例(96.67％)消化吸收功能正常，营养状况良好，全组无胆汁返流性胃炎、吻合口溃疡、上行性感染和倾倒综合征发生。
