清理滚筒

This subject is a sub subject of the subsidy project of the national natural fund, the project is studied on kinematics principle and structure techniques of roller of arc spring tooth for collecting plastic film residue .

本课题是国家自然基金资助项目——弧型挑膜齿残膜清理滚筒的运动学原理及工艺结构研究的子课题，残膜捡拾滚筒是弧型齿残膜回收机的关键部件，本文针对弧型齿残膜捡拾滚筒在工作中存在的实际问题，结合试验进行了研究分析，提出了一些改进意见。

The tracked shot-blast machine is with simple operation. Put the work-pieces into tracked rubber roller and close the shot-blast chamber door. Then setup shot-blast time and push the RUN button. Now, the shot-blast cleaning is beginning. The track circumrotates in the forward direction. The work-pieces can be equably and completely cleaned with equal emission of high-speed shots from the impeller of shot-blaster.

履带抛丸机操作简单，将工件放入橡胶履带滚筒中，关闭抛丸室门，设定抛丸时间，操作人员按下&运行&按钮，抛丸清理开始，履带正向旋转，使工件持续收到抛丸器叶轮中高速抛出的弹丸均匀抛射，工件可完全、均匀地得到清理。

Based on SIMPLER algorithm in the curvilinear body-fitted coordinates, the calculations were performed for Pr=0.7, Re=10~1000 on non-orthogonal non-staggered grids which are generated by elliptic equation systems.

采用曲线坐标系下压力与速度耦合的SIMPLER算法，数值研究了周期性渐扩渐缩波纹通道内脉动流动与换热情况，流动Re数的范围为10~1000，Pr数为0.7。
