After 20 days, at the end of fermentation, the cassava residue inoculated has better sensory quality, but the treatments of adding low levels of saccharose have low lactic acid accumulation amounts and high butanoic acid accumulation amounts compared with the treatments of adding high levels of saccharose, the treatment with inoculation and 4% saccharose addition has the highest lactic acid accumulation amount, which is 18.7 g/kg, and the treatment with inoculation and 8% saccharose addition has the lowest butanoic acid accumulation amount, which is 0.141g/kg.

结果显示：在发酵开始时接种处理的乳酸菌数为5×108 cfu/g，而对照处理没有检测到；发酵结束后，接种的3个糖水平处理的外观发酵品质比未接种处理好，但糖浓度低时丁酸积累较多，乳酸积累少，接种并添加4%蔗糖的处理乳酸积累量最高，发酵物中乳酸积累达18.7 g/kg，接种并添加8%蔗糖的处理丁酸积累最少，仅为0.141 g/kg。

The results show that proper control of additive, flocculating agent, temperature, stir speed, quantity of each agent and other process parameters could effectively remove the impurities in the coagulation bath such as the solid, big molecules in the forms of undissolved colloid and semi-colloid. Better results could be obtained, For 40 hours fermentation, cell dry weight and PHB concentration reached 32.7 g · L-1 and 21.4g · L-1 respectively.The synthesis of Poly (β-Hydroxybutyrate-co-β-Hydroxyvalerate) by the strain G-IIIy from different precusor was studied. It was found that the strain G-IIIy could accumulate PHBV with sucrose as carbon source and propionic acid or valeric acid as precursor . In 2L self-controlled fermentor, the dry cell weight, PHBV concentration and PHBV content reached 35.8g·L-1, 22.6g·L-1 and 38.4% respectively in the case of fermentation for 42 hours and the propionic acid as precursor.

Polysaccharides extracted from ultramicro-bacteria Glaciecola polaris on immune and anti-stress ability in Chinese soft-shelled turtle stressed by pH were investigated. 结果表明：未添加硫酸钠时，在180 ℃水热反应12~36 h只能得到氧化钨颗粒粉末，而添加适量硫化钠后，可制备出直径为0.2~0.3 μm、长径比为5~50的氧化钨晶须和直径为10~30 nm、长径比为50~200的氧化钨纳米线；氧化钨纳米线晶体结构良好，物相为六方晶系WO3；微/纳米氧化钨晶须/线主要沿〈200〉，〈002〉，〈202〉和〈100〉方向定向生长。

Then experiments had been carried out by using corn stover ensiled with those additives under ideal ensiling condition. After each storage and fermentation period, silage was removed from silo tin and analyzed for DM, pH, DM digestibility, NDF digestibility, organic acid composition and content, DM Recovery, silage composition, ammonia-N-to-total-N ratios of silage. Those results had been used to evaluate the effects of those additives on corn stover silage.

Adding urea in OBEOP can help to improve the fabric whiteness, woolliness and reduce the strength loss.
