Objective To study the degree of infiltration of dendritic cells in lung cancer in relation to prognosis.

目的 研究肺癌组织中肿瘤浸润树突状细胞的浸润程度对预后的影响。

Results Differentiation,invasion degree of lymph cell,tumor thickness,the number of capillary and pathological karyokinesis were not related with cervical lymph node spreading.

结果 分化程度、淋巴细胞浸润程度、浸润厚度、微血管数、病理核分裂数与区域淋巴结转移无关；肿瘤大小与区域淋巴结转移有关。

There is an increase of CXCR6 expression in LILs. In hepatic infiltrating lymphocytes, the number of PD-1+CXCR6+CD3+T cells is increased compared with the number of these cells in PBLs.

在肝脏浸润淋巴球中，化学性激素接受器CXCR6表现量也有显著的增加，同时在具化学性激素接受器CXCR6表现的肝脏浸润淋巴球中，带有PD-1分子的细胞数也有增加。

Results 78 patients included infiltrating ductal carcinoma 40 cases,infiltrating lobule carcinoma 24 cases,ductal carcinoma in situ 14 cases.

结果 浸润性导管癌40例，浸润性小叶癌24例，原位癌14例。

The positive expression both of p14ARF and mtp53 protein in NSCLC tissues were significantly different from that in nonmal lung tissues and tissues adjacent to the cancer (P.01).The expression of p14ARF protein was correlated with pathological degree（P＜0.01）,but it was uncorrelated with pathological staging,lymphaden metabasis and vessel invasion(P＞0.05).The expression of mtp53 protein was correlated with clinical pathology staging,pathological degree and vessel invasion(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),but it was uncorrelated with lymphaden metabasis(P＞0.05).(2) The coexpression of p14ARF and mtp53 was 36.7％,their consistency was 38.8％,but the expression of p14ARF protein were negatively correlated with the expression of mtp53 protein(r=-0.3553,P＜0.001).Conclusion The results suggest that the decrease of p14ARF and the increase of mtp53 protein may play an important role in the genesis and development of NSCLC.

结果 (1)在正常肺组织、癌旁组织和NSCLC中p14ARF蛋白的阳性表达率分别为93.3%、83.3%、55.1%，mtp53蛋白的阳性表达率分别为6.7%、44.4%、79.6%；p14ARF蛋白和mtp53蛋白在NSCLC中的表达与正常肺组织和癌旁组织比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.01)；p14ARF蛋白表达与临床病理分期、有无淋巴结转移、有无脉管浸润无关(P＞0.05)，而与病理分化程度有关（P＜0.01）；mtp53蛋白表达与临床病理分期、病理分化程度(P＜0.01)及有无脉管浸润(P＜0.05)有关，而与有无淋巴结转移无关(P＞0.05)；(2)在NSCLC中，pl4ARF与mtp53蛋白共表达为36.7％，一致性为38.8％，二者表达呈负相关(r=-0.3553，P＜0.001)。

Rat AAA model was made by perfusion PPE elastase through the abdominal aorta, and the specimen was obtained on postoperativeday 3, 7, 14, 28, respectively. Specific elastic fiber staining was used to observe the disruption of elastic fiber in aortic wall. Immunohistochemistry staining of CD68 was applied to observe the microphage infiltration. The in tisu hybridization and western blot of MCP-1 and MMP-2 were used to study the expression of mRNA and protein. Thus we can analyze the facilitated function of MCP-1 gene to the microphage adherence and infiltration on the earlier AAA.

采用经腹主动脉腔内导管灌注的方法制成大鼠AAA模型，分别于术后3天、1周、2周、3周、4周获取各组大鼠腹主动脉标本，行弹力纤维特殊染色观察动脉壁弹力纤维的破坏情况；行CD68免疫组织化学染色观察动脉壁中巨噬细胞的浸润；行MCP-1及MMP-2的原位分子杂交、Western蛋白质印迹观察二者的mRNA表达和蛋白表达；分析MCP-1基因促进巨噬细胞的黏附、浸润在早期AAA发病中的作用。

The expression of CD40, the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the distribution of Langerhans' cells in the skin of neurodermatitis patients was investigated by analyzing the distribution of Langerhans' cells and CD40 expression in injured skins of different degrees of inflammatory, infiltration at different stages of the disease by immunohistochemical mathod.
