Nine patients were female and one male (ages 31-77, average 52 years). Six patients presented parenchymal vascular lesions (1 angiosarcoma, 1 atypical hemangioma, 3 perilobular hemangiomas, 1 cavernous hemangioma) measuring 0.5-6 cm in the greatest diameter. In 14 patients with angiogenic tumors of the soft tissue ( 13 benign tumors and 1 malignant tumor) were analyzed. Results Benign hemangiomas included cavernous (n=7), intramuscular (n=2), mixed (n=1), racemosum (n=1), glomus (n=1) and angiomatosis (n=1). The vascular component within the tumor displayed iso-intensity on T1WI relative to the skeletal muscle, and hyper-intensity on T2WI. One case of hemangiopericytoma showed slightly low signal on T1WI and slightly high signal on T2WI.

结果 13例良性肿瘤中，海绵状血管瘤7例，肌肉内血管瘤2例，混合型血管瘤、蔓状血管瘤、血管球瘤、血管瘤病各1例，瘤血管成分在T1WI上呈等信号，T2WI上呈高信号，肿瘤有不等量的纤维组织和脂肪组织；血管外皮细胞瘤1例，T1WI上呈略低信号，T2WI上呈略高信号。

Results Among all 25 cases of lymphangioma,Within 20 cases of cystic lymphangioma,single cyst was showed in 14 cases and multilocular cyst was showed in 6 cases in plain scan,and little enhancement of capsule wall and septal in 8 cases in enhancement scanning. Cystic-solid mass was showed in 4 cases of cavernoma lymphangioma in plain scan,and solid part of mass was enhanced obviously in enhancement scanning.1 capillary ymphangioma showed the skin and hypodermic thicking,and part of area showed little beehive-like feature. Enhancement scanning showed slight irregularity enhancement.

结果 25例淋巴管瘤中20例囊性淋巴管瘤，CT平扫14例表现为单一囊肿，6例表现为多房性囊肿，囊腔内见有分隔；增强扫描8例出现囊壁或间隔的轻微强化。4例海绵状淋巴管瘤平扫均表现为囊实性肿块，增强检查实性部分有明显分期增强；1例毛细管型淋巴管瘤表现为局部皮肤及皮下组织的增厚，部分区域见有小蜂房样表现，增强扫描见有轻度不规则强化。

Materials and Methods: Six patients with left frontal lobe tumors (4 gliomas, 1 germinoma, 1 intra-axial cavernoma) close to Brocca and Wernicke language areas were studied. BOLD and DTI were performed on a 3.0T magnet GE Signa Excite~(? HD_X, BOLD using the word association paradigm developed in Part I and DTT technique developed in PartII. Language activation maps and fiber tracts were superimposed upon high resolution T1 weighted anatomic images of the brain for displaying the relationship between tumor, language functional areas and white matter tracts.

Results There were 8 angiomyolipomas, 2 leiomyomas, 2 multilocular cystic nephromas, 1 hemangioma and 1 mesoblastic nephroma. Only multilocular cystic nephroma and leiomyoma have special characteristics that can be determined from RCC.

典型的平滑肌瘤和多囊性肾瘤在CT上有可与肾癌鉴别的特征性表现：平滑肌瘤为规则圆形，边界清楚，密度均匀，CT值略高于肾实质，无钙化，弱强化；多囊性肾瘤为边界清楚的包块，可见边缘锐利含多个分隔的肿块，分隔之间为囊腔，囊内容物的CT值与水相似或稍高，而错构瘤、海绵状血管瘤、慢性肾脓肿、中胚层肾瘤在CT上无法与肾癌鉴别。

They were all right-handed.12 cases using conventional surgery were the control group(eight cases of glioma,3 cases of meningioma,1 case of brain metastases),eight cases of men,four cases of women;the average of 42 years old. The other patients were the experimental group(six cases of glioma,2 cases of meningioma, 2 cases of brain metastases,cavernous angioma 1 case),seven cases of men,four cases of women,the average of 45 years old.
