海洋生物

ChEss is a pilot project within the Census of Marine Life initiative. The main objective of ChEss was to determine the biogeography and biodiversity of deepwater chemosynthetic ecosystems and to understand the processes driving them.

深海化能合成生态系统是当前最大的国际海洋生物多样性研究计划--国际海洋生物普查计划的现场研究项目之一。

The research areas cover genetic and physiological mechanisms of functioning marine organisms; principles of marine biotechnology; genetic and endocrinological mechanisms in marine fish and invertebrates; genetic polymorphism of some marine and fresh water species; biological role of bacterial bioluminescence in the marine environment etc.

其研究范围广泛，覆盖了多个学科，包括功能性海洋生物的遗传和生理机制、海洋生物技术原理、海洋鱼类和无脊椎动物的遗传和内分泌机制、海水和淡水某些生物的遗传多态性、以及海洋环境中发光细菌的生物学作用等。

Because of its especial living spaces,many halobios contain bioactive substance which is good for human health.

由于海洋生物生存环境特殊，很多海洋生物中都含有对人体有益的生物活性成分。

Biological polysaccharide is made from marine animal, which is in accordance with the overall plan for the national agricultural industrial development and the national sea industrial policies,"National Hi-tech Products List","National Key New Products Plan Priority Development Field and Products Direction Catalogue" and the development of halobios pharmacy in Zhejiang industrial development program.

The main reasons caused theses problems are as follows: beyond marine carrying capacity and environment capability by predatory and extensive manners, over-exploitation of bioresources resulted in the disturbance of marine ecosystem and the obstruction of matter and energy circulation. Marine environment pollution and unreasonable oceanographic engineering caused serious damage of marine entironments, weakness of marine eco-functions, and degradation of marine ecosystems. The population explosion as well as the trend of population towards coast inflicted tremendous pressure on marine resources and environment. The weakness of marine laws system and the infirmness of macroscopical control by government policies relulted in unreasonable utilization, inefficient management, and insufficient protection of marine bioresources.

其主要原因是：对海洋生物资源的掠夺性、粗放性开发，造成资源过度利用，超出海洋承载力及其环境容量，物质能量循环出现障碍，海洋生态系统失衡；海洋环境污染和不合理的海洋开发工程，造成生境破坏，生态功能减弱，生态系统退化；人口增长和趋海发展，给沿海资源环境造成巨大压力；涉海法律法规体系薄弱，国家宏观政策调控不力，未能合理利用和有效管理、保护海洋生物资源和海洋环境。
