(1) The skull slot needling integrated with language training and single language training showed improvement on lingual function and neural function patients with aphasia following the apoplexy, however, the skull slot needling combined with language training group seemed more effective than the single language training group;(2) The skull slot needling treatment can obviously improve the scores in clinical neural function, and prompt the ability of speaking language expressing, accelerate the comeback of audition comprehension, enhance the ability of iterance, quicken the reading speed and improve the veracity of reading;(3)The comeback of lingual function can be benefit for the intercourse between patients and doctor and family numbers, can build up the self-confidence of conquerring diseases, can cooperate with doctors, all these factors can affect morbid curative effect and prognosis.

（1）颅针加语言训练与单纯语言训练对中风失语患者的语言功能听理解、复述、说、阅读、出声读、抄写、描写方面、语言功能提高率和临床神经缺损均有改善作用；而颅针加语言训练组疗效优于单纯语言训练组；（2）颅针加语言训练治疗中风失语患者可改善临床神经功能、提高口语表达能力、促进听理解障碍的恢复、复述能力的提高、使文字阅读速度的加快及准确率的提高；（3）语言功能的恢复有助于患者与家属及医护人员的交流，更能够增强患者治疗疾病的信心，更好地配合医护人员进行治疗，而这些均能够影响到疾病的疗效及预后；（4）颅针与语言训练相结合能优势互补，颅针参与治疗中风失语症有积极意义。

Methods The two groups (the therapy group of 91 patients and the control group of 30 patients) were given the following drugs respectively. In the therapy group, Valsartan 160~240 mgd^(-1), Aspirin 100 mgd^(-1) were given to the patients; while in the control group, Valsartan 80~160 mgd^(-1) was replaced by Niqundiping 10~20 mg q 6h.

121例糖尿病肾病患者分为治疗组91例，对照组30例，两组均给予阿斯匹林100n mg/d，尼群地平10 mg，3次／d，治疗组在上述治疗基础上加缬沙坦160~240 mg/d，疗程60 mo，治疗前后行尿微量白蛋白测定。

Abstract］ objective to provide the experience on treatment with the internal fixation to the fractures combined with/without dislocation on peripheral amphiarthrodial joint.methods from january 2000 to january 2005,62 cases were follow-up visited and evaluated on imageology,imaging,joint function and complication,et al.results serveral problems were observed on these cases.first,when the internal fixation were pulled out,some of the patients were observed the disturbance,even loss on joint function,and their quality of life were limmited.second,some internal fixations had been broken before they were pull out.conclusion we should sufficiently allow for not only the stabilization and the union of the fracture,but also degrade the complication to minimum limit and maximally recover the joint function.

目的 通过对微动关节周围骨折和合并关节脱位的内固定治疗后的疗效分析，进而为临床治疗提供经验。方法对2000年1月～2005年1月期间62例患者进行随访，并从影像学及关节功能、并发症等方面进行评估。结果治疗该类创伤病例存在着以下几个问题：（1）部分患者的关节功能在内固定解除术后，存在着不同程度的功能障碍，甚至丧失而影响到患者的生活质量。（2）并发内固定断裂情况时有发生。结论治疗微动关节周围骨折尤其在合并有关节脱位时，应充分考虑到既要修复因创伤引起的骨折使其愈合并使该关节稳定，又应该最大限度地恢复关节功能，并将并发症降低到最小限度。

Topiramate induced hypohidrosis is reversible, but can be clinically significant during heat stress and exercise challenge. This side effect challenges patients'confidence of long term drug therapy. On the other hand, although hypohidrosis is an adverse effect of topiramate when used for other indications, its anti-sweat producing effects may be beneficial in conditions of hyperhidrosis. How topiramate induces its antiperspirant effects is unclear.
