Methods and Results 194 cases of genual osteoarthritis were randomly divided into tuina group, plaster compress group and combined group, The general effective rate of the tuina group is 80.00%, the plaster compress group is 81.25%; and that of the combined group is 88.54%, but the Control group is 80.56%.

方法与结果采用随机分组方法，将194例骨性膝关节炎患者分为观察组、推拿组和药敷组，研究结果表明：推拿结合药敷治疗组治疗的总有效率为88.54%，单纯推拿治疗组的总有效率为80.00%，药敷组的总有效率为81.25%。

Objective:Through the investigation of gerontal chronic kidney diseasewithout kidney damage to the people above 60 year old in Yangjiang area,we want to know the detection rate in order to enhance the recognition about CKD and delay it changing into uremia by the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine clinic.

目的：通过对阳江地区60岁以上的无肾损害老年慢性肾疾病调查，了解其检出率。以提高对 CKD 的认识，并以中医药临床干预，延缓其向尿毒症发展。方法：选用 Cockcroft～Gault 公式做为计算 GFR 的方法，按 K/DOQI 诊断标准分级；将 3、4级 CKD 226例患者随机分为中医药治疗组126例进行中医药治疗，对照组100例不治疗。

METHODS: Two hundred and twenty four patients with CA were randomly divided into 3 groups: A, B and C. They received different therapeutic schemes; A: carbon dioxide (CO 2) laser therapy, B: CO 2 laser therapy and injection of interferon alpha 2 b, C: CO 2 laser therapy and external uses of glutaric dialdehyde.

METHODS Sixty-five cases of T3NOMO glottic squamous cell carcinoma treated with curative intent by three different modalities include vertical hemilaryngectomy(VHL, n=21), total laryngectomy (TL, n=31) and radiotherapy(RT, n=13) were reviewed retrospectively.

The study of relation between hepatogenic peptic ulcer and portal hypertension,transmitter metabolic disturbance,hepatic insufficiency and infection;and the therapeutic principles of complications of peptic ulcer are described.Twenty four of 58 patients with hepatogenic peptic ulcer were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.Portal venous flow volume (24 cases) was 1060.9±96ml/min.
