objective:to investigate the present situation and features of infection of incisional wound after sesarean section,so as to find the best method in the diagnosis and prevention of incisional infection.methods:the patients undergoing cesarean section were investigated retrospectively for studying the basic features of incisional infection after operation.results:of 13798 investigated parturients after cesarean section,96 were found with the infection of incisional wound accounting for 0.7%.the main symptom was distending pain or jumping pain on the site of incision,the emergence time of symptom in major cases(78.13%) was 4 to 7 days after operation.the local therapy including drainage,ultraviolet rays or infrared rays irradiation and ultrashort wave therapy was the main method in concert with antibiotic treatment and support therapy.the antibiotic therapy was changeable,and albumin intromission was the main method in the general support therapy.

目的：了解剖宫产手术切口感染的现状特点，分析其感染原因，便于临床上更好的诊断和预防切口感染。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，研究剖宫产切口感染的基本特征。结果：调查产妇13 798例，其中切口感染96例，感染率0.7％，症状主要表现为切口胀痛、跳痛，78.13％出现在术后4～7天，57例产妇伴有发热，占59.38％；感染后治疗主要是局部治疗配合抗生素治疗、支持治疗，局部治疗以引流、紫外线或红外线照射、超短波疗法为主，抗生素的使用比较混乱，全身支持治疗以输入白蛋白为主。

我科自2000年1月至2006年12月，共治疗新生儿泪囊炎178例、230眼，疗效满足，报告分析如下。1资料和方法1.1一般资料新生儿泪囊炎患儿168例、230眼，男102例，女66例，年龄：2d~3个月，均为本院眼科门诊确诊的新生儿泪囊炎患儿。1.2治疗方法小于1个月的首次就治患儿采用按摩滴药法，治疗1~2周，每日滴药前按摩2~3min，大于1个月的患儿，如滴药治疗1~2周未见明显好转仍有流泪及分泌物者，应用药物加压冲洗泪道，采用自制不同型号尼龙管头皮静脉针头磨钝，制成直的冲洗针，常规操作，针头插入泪小管后，将尼龙管用胶布固定于头部，进行冲洗，1次/d，冲洗液用氧氟沙星加地塞米松稀释液，加压冲洗3~4次，仍然无效的，进行常规泪道探通术操作。1.3治疗标准无流泪、无分泌物、泪道冲洗畅通，反之则无效，结果168例，230眼，治愈166例，228眼，其中按摩治疗49例，冲洗86眼，探通31眼。。。

The concentrations of TNF-αand IL-10 in peripheral blood increased significantly after CVVH.The concentration of NO decreased significantly after CVVH.There was no TNF-αin ultrafiltrate;IL-10 was detected little and NO was detected much in ultrafiltate.Compared with prefilter,the concentration of TNF-αin postfilter blood decreased significantly at 1h of CVVH and increased at the end of CVVH. Compared with prefilter,the concentration of NO in postfilter blood decreased significantly at 1h ,12h and the end of CVVH.

将慢性脑供血不足患者104例随机分为2组。在常规治疗基础上治疗组56例加服养血清脑颗粒，每次4 g，每日3次口服。对照组48例在常规治疗基础上加服曲克芦丁，每次2片，每日3次口服。2组均30日为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后血液流变学指标及大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、左右椎动脉和基底动脉的搏动指数及阻力指数的变化。结果 2组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度，mca、aca、pca的pi及mca的ri及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效确切，能降低ccci患者的血液黏稠度及血液流变学指标，增加脑供血，缓解血管痉挛，改善临床症状，改善脑供血不足。
