On the basis of solving the model, this thesis elicits the binomial deliverability equation by which absolute open flow potential and inflow performance relationship can be got and we can forecast the production performance of horizontal well in gas reservoir. In the end, on the basis of the theoretical analysis, this thesis explores homologous nodal analysis program.

First of all, the paper carried out test study on four two-spanned model members of FSMRCWB, including three 1/2-scaled two-storeyed models and one 1/3-scaled three-storeyed model. The paper analyzed the test results, including analysis on mechanical property of the composite wall beam under vertical loads, and failure mode, deformation capacity, aseismic performance under horizontal loads and constant vertical loads. Secondly, the nonlinear property of concrete is studed and the nonlinear models of FSMRCSS is builded by ANSYS. Last, The paper studies the result of ANSYS, which mainly includes the loading-displace curve of FSMRCSS under horizontal loads and constant vertical loads, the mechanics of arch under vertical loads lonely and under horizontal loads and constant vertical loads respectively, and status of the distribution and changing of vertical stress and cross shear on the surface of the suporting beam, and the influence of span ratio and hole.All in all, the caculating results are in good agreement with the test results.

本文首先进行了三个1/2比例的两跨两层和一个1/3比例的两跨三层的框支密肋复合墙梁的模型试验，分析了框支密肋复合墙梁在竖向荷载作用下的受力性能，以及在竖向荷载与水平低周反复荷载共同作用下的受力性能、变形性能、滞回性能、耗能系数及破坏形态；其次，研究了混凝土的非线性特性，建立了框支密肋复合墙梁非线性有限元模型，并借助大型通用有限元软件ANSYS进行计算；再则，进行了非线性有限元结果分析，主要研究框支密肋复合墙梁在竖向荷载与水平地震力共同作用下的荷载位移曲线，分析在竖向荷载单独作用下和在竖向荷载与水平地震力共同作用下墙梁的拱作用，托梁顶面的竖向应力和横向剪应力分布及变化情况，并讨论跨度比、洞口对墙梁拱作用和托梁顶面的竖向应力的影响。

In the light of the shortcomings of the traditional method for predicting the fatigue life of coiled tubing, a new method for the reliability analysis of coiled tubing is offered, that is, normalizing the fatigue test data of coiled tubing with different materials and stress states by introducing a compound random variable X=NS2 based on low cycle fatigue curves.

预测连续油管疲劳寿命传统方法是将许多试样在不同应力水平的循环载荷作用下进行试验直至失效，从而作出S－N曲线，供工程参考，这样不仅费用高，且模拟实际应力条件也较困难。为此，根据低周疲劳曲线，通过引入复合随机变量X=NS2，对不同材料和应力水平下的连续油管疲劳实验数据进行了归一化处理。

In certain range,the bioenrichment of the mealworm larvae to Zinc in reference to the dosage added in the fodder is accorded with cubic curve relation:Y=181.2517+20.9314X-0.4099X2+ 0.0025X3. And the enrichment ability of T. molitor larvae in reference to the weight is also accorded with the cubic model:Y=35.8325+61.4155X-10.2980X2+0.4434X3. The enrichment of the larvae to Zinc can get to a high level in 2 to 3 days. This is anadvantage to numerous rearing of the mealworm. But we do not find a good rearing way to enhance the rate of bioenrichment to Zinc. And the further research about this is anticipated.

第二部分：采用锌作为添加元素，考查黄粉虫对微量元素的富集规律，结果表明：(1)黄粉虫虫体锌含量在一定范围内随锌添加量增加而呈三次曲线关系，符合三次曲线方程：Y=181.2517+20.9314X-0.4099X~2+0.0025X~3；(2)黄粉虫幼虫对锌富集能力随虫体大小变化而变化，与虫大小亦呈三次曲线关系；Y=35.8325+61.4155X-10.2980X~2+0.4434X~3；(3)黄粉虫虫体锌含量随着锌饲料添加而迅速上升，可在短期2～3天内达到较高水平，对于以黄粉虫为材料进行富锌保健食品生产有很大优越性；(4)本试验并未找到一种较好的锌添加方法来提高锌富集量，这方面的研究有待继续。
