We design the flat jet mill by gas stream and the major appurtenance of disintegrator set such as air holder, distribution tank and cyclone separator, and select the compressor and bag filter.

The distribution of gas-solid two-phase flow in the axial guide vane cyclone tube was measured with five-orifice pitot tube and by means of isokinetic sampling method.

为研究颗粒分离机理，提高分离性能，采用五孔球探针测试仪及等动采样法对轴流导叶式旋风管内气固两相流速度与压力分布进行了测量，并分别对不同导流锥和排尘结构参数下的纯气流流场及颗粒浓度场分布进行了对比分析。

Result shows that the baffle of burner has very little influence on the total resistance characteristic; both the speed of rich side and lean side are affected by the angle of burner as a whole, furthermore, the lean side is influenced more greatly; the separation performance could be enhanced with the increase of burner's angle and the best separation effect could be acquired when the three baffles are dissymmetrically arranged.

结果表明，燃烧器挡板角度的调整对燃烧器的总体阻力特性影响很小；燃烧器挡板偏转对于燃烧器整体以及浓淡两侧的气流速度都有一定的影响，且对淡侧影响较大；燃烧器的浓淡分离效果随挡板偏角的增加而显著增加，且三挡板非对称布置的浓淡分离效果最好。

In this method, the gas flow is limited in such a gas channel (5) which adjoins the separation electrode (1) to be shaken by the shaking means (8) when the separation electrode (1) to be shaken by the shaking means (8) is shaken.

结果表明：烟气经过折板除雾器，产生了明显的压降，且在拐角区域，湍流耗散强烈，是实现气液分离的关键区域；而烟气经过旋流板除雾器，速度和压强分布具有良好的对称性，液滴被气流旋转抛向壁面实现气液分离。

In order to describe in detail the structure of mesoscale atmosphere circulation and its evolution, symmetry theory are extensively used in the past fifty years. A large number of wind tunnel and water tank experiments are practiced to reshow the physical process that often appear in the atmosphere and, to some extent, successfully explain many atmsophere circulation characters in surface layer. But because of the planetary reflection and small Re number deformation, these physical experiments can' t represent real conditions of the atmosphere, they also can' t distinct viscous boundary layer separation and non-viscous dynamical separation as well as show the circulation response to surface diurnal heating.
