梭口

This paper describes the investigation for weaving process of elastic jean, concerned with the following adjustments: shed, balance time of heddle, warp stop device, and the process of weft insertion.

从梭口调节、综平时间调节、停经装置的调节以及引纬工艺调节等几个方面对弹力牛仔布的织造工艺进行了探讨；同时通过对比实验，对后整理工艺进行了研究。

After analyzing, some deduction is confirmed. First, the product hasapproached import very much, not only in outer dimension, but also on mainproperties. Second, best weaving-process parameter: symmetry degree is0.5～1, back roll height is 6cm more than front one. Third, weavingpreparation process: heddle draft is section, reed-in uses special yarns.Finally, the product can match import one that using 2/1 twill as basicweave, and 60～70D nylon as material, and 60 roots/cm.

通过分析，得出结论：(1)自行研制的网格圈产品，无论是外形上，还是性能上均已十分接近进口产品；(2)最佳织造工艺参数：0.5～1之间的梭口对称度，后梁高出胸梁6cm左右；(3)织前工艺：穿综法采用分区穿法，穿筘法采用布边比布身少穿入经纱数，并加入特线的方法；(4)以2/1斜纹为基础组织、60～70D范围内的锦纶为原料、60根/cm为织物密度制织出的网格圈产品在各项性能(强伸性、耐磨性、透气性等)上均接近进口产品。
