The current study is based on 2843 skeletons (1518 European-American males, 837 African–American males, 216 European-American females, and 272 African American females) from the human portion of the Hamann-Todd Osteologic Collection (curated at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History; Cleveland,OH).

本研究基于2843个骨骼标本（1518名美国白人男性，837美国黑人男性，216名美国白人女性，272名美国黑人女性），标本由克利夫兰自然博物馆，Hamann-Todd骨骼标本收集中心提供。

Methods Twelve fresh adult cadaveric feet were selected for experimental fatigue testing to establishing experimental metatarsal fatigue fracture model, specimens were removed soft tissue and the first toes and diaphysises of the first metatarsal bone, reserved ligaments articular capsules , the first tarsometatarsal joints, steel wire substituted the plantar aponeurosis.

材料和方法 12例健康成人新鲜足标本，剔除软组织，保留韧带、关节囊。去除足第一跖骨干及相连拇指，钢丝足底固定，替代足底腱膜，包埋标本并固定于MTS试验机上，对标本进行疲劳载荷实验，载荷为350N，循环加载频率为1Hz。

Results HPP1 gene was methylated in 37 of 52(71.2%) colorectal cancers and 12 of 21 (57.1%) adenomas cases. In contrast, HPP1 gene was unmethylated in all of the samples from healthy controls.

结果 结直肠癌粪便标本HPP1基因甲基化阳性率为71.2%(37/52)，腺瘤粪便标本为57.1%(12/21)，而正常粪便标本均为阴性。

EMB-resistance in 18 isolates was caused by the mutation at coden 306 in embB gene with positive rate of 62.1%. The PCR result was negative in 20 specimen from pulmonary diseases without active TB and 5 negative control strains of no MTB. The data in this study showed high specificity of 100%. Only one specimen in 7 specimen with negative result in acid-fast stain and cultivation was shown alteration in coden 306 in embB gene.

结果：130例活动性肺结核患者痰标本抗酸染色阳性38例，阳性率为29.2%(38/130)；罗氏培养阳性为79例，阳性率为60.8%(79/130)。79例培养阳性痰标本中耐乙胺丁醇29例，其中有18例在embB基因met306ATG突变，基因突变率为62.1%。20例非结核肺部疾病患者痰标本和5株非结核分枝杆菌菌株经套式PCR扩增全部为阴性，特异性为100%。7例涂阴培阴PCR扩增阳性的序列中有1例在embB基因306位密码了发生突变。

The studies exploring the relationship between HPV infection and laryngealcarcinoma began in 1980s,since then,almost all the research was aimed at theinvestigation of the HPV prevalence in the biopsies,due to differences in thechoice of DNA detection method,cell sampling and the geogen,the prevalenceestimates of HPV have varied accordingly,and led to two different points about therelationship between HPV infection and laryngeal carcinoma:some researchersdemonstrated that a higher HPV prevalence could be found in laryngeal carcinomas(from 50% to 90%)than in benign laryngeal lesions,suggesting a relationshipbetween HPV infection and laryngeal carcinoma;but the other researchers foundthat the isolation of HPV is no greater in the laryngeal cancers(from 5% to 43.3%)than in the normal larynx or benign laryngeal lesions,thereby questioning itsctiological significance,so,the role of HPV in the development of laryngealcarcinomas still remains unclear.

有关HPV与喉癌的研究始于80年代，但20多年来研究模式始终停留在对临床标本进行检测的水平上，由于各家采用的检测手段敏感性不同、标本数量以及来源地域也存在差异，使各家学者对喉癌中HPV阳性率的报道极不一致，并由此导致了两种截然不同的观点：一部分学者报告的喉癌标本中HPV阳性率高达50%~90%，并显著高于喉良性肿瘤，认为HPV与喉癌有关；而另有不少学者检测的样本中，阳性率（5%~43.3%）并不比正常喉粘膜及良性肿瘤高，认为HPV与喉癌无关，因此，HPV到底是不是喉癌的致癌因素目前仍无定论。

Methods The expression of ERK1/2, ER and PR in 30 endometrial carcinoma specimens was detected by immunohistochemical method. With the same method, the expression of ERK1/2 was detected in 20 normal endometria specimens and 13 hyperplastic endometria specimens. Semi-quantitative analysis of specimen staining was conducted.

用免疫组化方法检测30例子宫内膜癌石蜡标本中ERK1/2以及ER和PR的表达；同法检测20例正常子宫内膜、13例增生过长子宫内膜石蜡标本中ERK1/2的表达；对标本的染色情况做半定量分析。

This study was designed to observe the effects of acoustic power, duration, repetitive ablations, tissue-transducer interface temperature and different sites of the ultrasound ablation in vitro.

使用1.8 MHz超声，分别对①离体犬心肌标本：a采用不同的声功率、时间、次数进行消融，部分标本在消融测量换能器—组织间温度；b采用相同频率和声功率消融左、右心室肌；c 采用与组织接触和不直接接触的两种超声换能器消融；标本均以甲醛固定1～2周后测量损伤灶深度及体积。

The number of platelet antibody crossmatch coincidence in 112 specimens of AA, 42 specimens of MDS and 95 specimens of leukemia were 45, 20 and 40, the coincidence rates were 40.18%、47.62% and 42.11%.The mean corrected count increment in 20 patients received platelet transfusion many times was 18.2 after crossmatch and 4.7 before crossmatch.

多次输注血小板的112个AA血液标本、42个MDS血液标本和95个白血病血液标本的血小板抗体交叉相合数分别为45、20和40个，相合率分别为40.18%、47.62%和42.11%； 20例多次输注血小板的病人交叉配合前的血小板增高指数平均为4.7，交叉配合后为18.2。
