Abstract］ objective to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different samples and different methods in detection for banded krait venom.methods double immunodiffusion and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay were used as the methods to detect different samples of people and animal who were bit by banded krait.results in double immunodiffusion the samples were all negative;with elisa the samples of wound tissue liquid and blood were all positive.conclusion wound tissue liquid and blood are both fitting samples in detection for banded krait venom;double immunodiffusion isn't adapt to detect banded krait biting patient,but elisa is an good detection method.

目的 探讨银环蛇毒中毒检测中不同材料与不同方法的优缺点。方法采用双向免疫扩散法与间接elisa法对银环蛇毒中毒的人与动物的不同标本进行检测。结果双向免疫扩散法死者伤口皮肤组织液、死者心脏血清、死小猪伤口皮肤组织液及死小猪血清标本均未见免疫沉淀带；elisa法测标本均为阳性。结论银环蛇毒中毒检测中伤口皮肤组织液和血液都是合适的材料；双向免疫扩散法的检出率较低，而elisa法则是一种较好的检测方法。

An experiment was conducted to explore extraction methods for DNA from dry, dipped and fresh samples of longicorn beetles. Three methods to extract quickly and simply were obtained.

Based on studies about current development of Methods of separating meiofauna, a new method is advanced in this paper. A suit of device was designed to Separate meiofauna from benthic sediments sample automatically, accurately and efficiently, which based on the technology of Laser-induced Fluorescence Detection, and used other technologies, such as noctilucence, electronics, biophysics, computer, mechanism, and so on. The scheme of macrocosm, the design of light route, the hardware and software design of the photoelectricity detection system and machine control system, the method of signal processing are introduced, especially the hardware and software design and the method of signal processing.

论文分析了目前国内外所使用的小型底栖生物分离方法现状，并以此为基础，自主开发了一套基于激光诱导荧光技术，并且集荧光化学技术、电子物理技术、光电测量技术、计算机技术及机械技术为一体的小型底栖生物标本自动分离系统，实现了从沉积物样品中自动分离小型底栖生物标本，从而大幅度提高室内小型底栖生物分样的工作效率和精度的目的，并以此完成了大洋协会"十五"攻关项目："小型底栖生物标本自动分离系统研制"。

Methods Twelve femoral specimens from fresh adult cadavers were collected. The transverse femoral fracture models were created in the specimens by Panjabi method and randomized into 3 groups which were fixated with SCALN. ALN (auto-compression locking nail) and GK (Gross-Kempf). After fixation, tests of biological mechanics, stress-shielding analysis and measurement of stresses were performed systemically. Results were compared among the 3 groups.

采集12具成人新鲜尸体股骨标本，模拟Panjabi方法制作股骨中段横断骨折模型，将标本分为三组（每组3个标本），分别采用SCALN、第一代自动加压带锁髓内钉和普通带锁髓内钉固定，均进行系统生物力学性能测试、应力遮挡分析和应力水平测量，井进行比较。

With western blot analysis and DNA polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism assay,protein product of Rb gene and mutation in exon 5～8 of P_(53) gene were examined in 17 cases of human testicular seminoma.

采用Western印迹和DNA聚合酶链反应－单股构造多态性分析法对17例人睾丸精原细胞瘤组织标本的抗癌基因Rb表达的蛋白产物和P_（53）基因外显子5～8的突变进行检测，发现有3例标本的Rb基因表达的蛋白产物缺失，有4例标本的P_（53）基因有点突变，对照的正常人睾丸组织和视网膜组织均呈Rb基因蛋白产物表达阳性，对照的正常人睾丸组织中未发现P_（53）基因突变。

The results demonstrated that 22 of 50 were positive by PCR-ELISA method while only 7/50 and 18/50 by antiacid staining and culture respectively, and no positive result was found in 20 sputum specimens without Mycobacterium tuberculosis by the methods; Conclusion The pCR-ELISA method can objectively detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis from clinical specimens with high specificity and sensitivity.
