It shows that the FE method of tireanalysis under driving state and the method dealing with large slip frictionalcontact problems are correct and reliable. The properties of tires under steady cornering state are studied with FEmethod and experiment. Based on the presented contact solution algorithm, a FEmethod is carried out to analyze the properties of tire under steady corneringstate via imposing slip-rolling-constraints on tire bead nodes which contact therim, and the modules are programmed. The mechanical properties anddeformation of tire under pure steady cornering state and steadycornering-driving state are analyzed, and the results show good agreement withthe experimental data.

The results under the oil lubricate friction conditions were similar with those under the dry friction conditions. The wear mechanism of 3Cr13 matrix alloy was micro-cutting and distorting wear. For the composites with a low fraction of TiC particle, distorting wear dominated and cutting was partly operating. For the composites with a high fraction of TiC particle, stress fatigue wear and wear of hard phase decohesion has occurred, but the main wear mechanism was still distorting wear. When the wear experiments were performed under the oil lubricate friction conditions, the main wear mechanism has became to abrasive wear and fatigue wear for the composites with the low TiC fraction, and fatigue wear would be to dominate for the composites with the high TiC fraction. There were similar wear mechanisms in H13 and 1Cr18Ni9 matrix composites.

The results from the study on the decoloring conditions of strain 3# showed that the pH range for decoloring reaction was 5～11 with 6 ～7 being the optimum, the temperature range was 10～30℃ with 30℃ being efficiency optimal. The decoloring efficiency was higher under the presence of oxygen than that lack of oxygen. Strain 3# could more strongly decolor malachite green under optimum conditions. The decoloring rate was above 50%, 70% and 90% in 4, 12 and 24 h treatment, respectively.
