Finally, the thesis will bring forward the strategies and suggestion of developing the industry, and as the following: firstly, enhance the well-bred breeding system of the main yellow-feather broiler as soon as possible from the inherit characteristics of broiler to Hong Kong; secondly, introduce advanced science and technology to reduce the ratio of feed consumed and meat and increase the economic benefit; thirdly, make the nutrition requirement of broiler standardization and the epidemic prevention system of poultry disease strengthen; fourthly, promote the enterprise to build the system of sincerity and trust to guarantee the quality of living chicken to Hong Kong; fifthly, make the management of veterinary medicine and quality supervising strengthen and forbid to use the contraband and unsanctified medicine and improve the system f rudimental medicine; sixthly, reinforce the hygiene and epidemic prevention in breeding room to improve the competition of living chicken in Hong Kong market; finally, introduce the system of HACCP, and carry out ISO9000 quality management system and ISO14000 environment management system, and adopt the advanced international way to manage the exported enterprises.

Creating chorioretinal venous anastomosis potentially offers a means of permanently bypassing the site of obstruction to venous outflow, to recovery the retinal blood circulation and to reduce the retinal ischemia. It is one of the methods curing the reason of CRVO and is demonstrated effective in non-ischemic CRVO patients using laser-induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis. Patients with ischemic CRVO have more severe situations and high risk factors of later neovascular complications occuring, the surgery of via a pars plana vitrctomy combined chorioretinal venous anastomosis can be the newest attempting treatment.

Based on the laser longitudinal mode splitting theory, a novel scheme of dual-frequency laser with large frequency-difference is presented using electrically controlled birefringence of liquid crystal, and the transmitted resonant mode splitting by birefringent of Fabry-Perot etalon has been analyzed theoretically. A new element of liquid crystal Fabry-Perot etalon is designed and fabricated, which serves as aselector and splitter of both laser longitudinal modes and Fabry-Perot etalons transmitted resonant modes. Two different experimental systems of laser-diode end-pumped Nd:YAG laser have been set up using two different LDs, and the transmission of liquid-crystal cell have been measured. When the empty LCFP is inserted in the cavity of high-power LD pumped Nd:YAG laser, the oscillation of a single laser longitudinal mode have been observed, such a result shows that the designed and fabricated LCFP element is capable of selecting single axial mode. While an anti-reflected liquid crystal cell is inserted in the cavity of Nd:YAG laser end-pumped by the high-power LD, it is difficult to confirm weather the laser longitudinal modes have been spitted or not. The subject is summarized in this thesis and the improvement of the project has been presented.

论文以激光纵模的分裂理论为基础，提出了可望获得几十GHz甚至上百GHz的液晶电控双折射双频Nd：YAG激光器的总体方案，并对用双折射效应分裂F-P标准具透射谐振模进行了理论分析；设计并加工了一种集激光纵模选择、激光纵模分裂和F-P标准具谐振透射模分裂于一体的多功能元件——液晶电控双折射F-P标准具；建立了两种不同功率激光二极管端面泵浦的Nd：YAG激光实验系统，并对液晶盒的透射性质进行了测试；将未灌注液晶的空液晶F-P摘要标准具插入大功率LD泵浦Nd：、叭G激光谐振腔内，观察到了单纵模激光输出，说明所设计和加工的液晶F一P标准具具有纵模选择能力；将镀有增透膜的液晶盒插入大功率LD泵浦Nd八7AG激光谐振腔内，是否产生了激光纵模分裂现象还难以确定。

Six conclusions have been drawn from the study:(1) WWF Yangtze Programme in Xipanshanzhou Polders has resulted in four outcomes, including more income, increased wellbeings, reduced vulnerability, more sustainable use of the natural resource base.

Microscopic characteristics of cladded crystal fiber are analyzed by X-ray diffraction, Laue X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, it is found that magnesium-ion indiffusion does not affect the single crystal structure and the domain structure of the magnesium diffused crystal fiber. It is found for the first time that MgO-rich layer in the magnesium diffused LiNbO〓 surface layer exhibits the crystal structure of an unknown compound from the Li-Mg-Nb-O ternary system and MgNb〓O〓. It is proposed for the first time that this unknown compound and MgNb〓O〓 in MgO-rich layer are the real sources of magnesium-ion indiffusion LiNbO〓. Their appearance indicate that MgNb〓O〓 is in the surface layer of MgO-rich layer, the unknown compound is in the subsurface layer and beneath where the MgNb〓O〓 is located, and these compounds have obviously preferred orientation.

通过镁离子内扩散法，首次在国内实现了具有阶跃和抛物折射率分布的c轴LiNbO〓单晶光纤和a轴Nd：MgO：LiNbO〓单晶光纤的芯—包层波导结构，为我国在该项目的研究填补了空白；建立了晶纤损耗的测量系统，提出了利用单模石英光纤作为晶纤入射光耦合器的思想；通过对晶纤损耗的测量，得到了包层晶纤比未包层晶纤损耗降低约14倍的好结果，并实现了低次模传输：对经镁离子内扩散实现包层后的晶纤的微观特性，利用X射线衍射，劳厄照相和扫描电镜表征发现，晶纤并不因镁离子的内扩散而影响其单晶结构和镁的扩散层畴的变化。
