Base on core observation and grain size analysis, and under associated consideration of logging trace characteristics, Chang8 reservoir in study area is classified into three sedimentatal microfacies, subsea river, mouth bar and river flank.3.The mian diagenesis in study area are: mechanical compaction, cementation, metasomasis and denudation in late diagenetic phase.4. In allocation of reservoir macroscopic heterogeneity, more heterogeneticer reservoir, class 1 and class 2, mainly locate in the center of subsea river or crook and divaricate of the river; class 3 and class 4 mainly locate in river flank, and the physical property of these locality are better.5. Diagenesis of reservoir have influence on the pore structure which influences the reservoir microscopic heterogeneity. The better the pore structure is, the slighter the reservoir microscopic heterogeneity is; on the contrary, the reservoir microscopic heterogeneity is serious.

本次研究所取得的主要成果及熟悉有：1、将合水地区长8储层细分为6个小层：长8_1~1、长8_1~2、长8_1~3、长8_2~1、长8_2~2和长8_2~3.2、依据岩心观察和粒度分析，并结合测井曲线特征，研究区长8储层分为水下分流河道、河口坝和河道侧翼四种沉积微相。3、研究区主要经历的成岩作用有：机械压实和压溶作用、胶结作用、交代作用、晚成岩期溶解作用。4、从宏观非均质性平面展布特征来看研究区宏观非均质较强的1类和2类区主要分布于水下分流河道中间或河道拐弯和分又处。3类和4类往则主要分布于水下分流河道侧翼，这些地方储层均质性相对较好。5、储层成岩作用影响储层的孔隙结构，储层的孔隙结构又对储层的微观非均质性有不同程度的影响，孔隙结构越好，则储层的均质性越好，储层的孔隙结构差，则非均质性强。

In light of the literatures in the recent years on anoxic pulmonary hypertension treated by Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine had selective hypotensive effect on pulmonary circulation and little effect on systemic circulation,consequently resulted in positive cardiac myodynamia and did no harm to blood gas.Thus Chinese medicine had better applied prospect and potential developmental value.

从近年来中医药治疗缺氧性肺动脉高压的文献报道看，中医药对肺循环有选择性降压作用，对体循环的影响较小，有正性心脏肌力作用，对血气无不利影响，中医中药有较好的应用前景和潜在的开发价值。

During the study period, we found that plants were present only in natural creek banks, but not altered ones. Comparisons between natural banks without plants and altered banks revealed no significant difference in both shrimp abundance and distribution. However, there was significant difference in shrimp abundance when natural banks with plants and altered banks were compared, suggesting that construction might have negative effects on plants and, in turm, on shrimp abudance. Comparisons between reproductive and non-reproductive season yielded significant results in both shrimp abundance and distribution, which resulted from the recruitment of juveniles to local populations.

在实验期间，自然河段有水蕴草而整治河段没有水蕴草的存在，比较无水蕴草的自然河段与整治河段，发现无论是数量或出现率都没有显著差异，然而，在有水蕴草存在的自然河段之多齿新米虾数量与出现率则较整治河段高，显示哈盆溪可能因为整治工程影响了底质的型态，导致水蕴草不易生长，进而影响多齿新米虾的数量及出现率；在季节方面，结果显示，不同季节在数量和出现率上都有显著差异，而此差异是因为幼虾在生殖季大量加入族群所致。

The results are as followings: the CHA SQ-1 has the best effect of male sterility among three kinds Chemical Hybridization Agent, and has the ability to increase 1000 kernel weight. The CHA GENESIS, especially BAU9403 reduces the 1000 kernel weight. The SQ-1 and GENESIS have no significant differences with CK on the traits of geminating potential, germinating rate and volume weight, but BAU9403 has significant differences with CK. SQ-1 is a promising CHA in this experiment. It will be used in commercial seed production instead of GENESIS.

结果表明，SQ-1在3种化学杂交剂中的杀雄效果最好，并对杂交种种子的千粒重有提高作用；GENESIS和BAU9403不同程度对杂交种种子千粒重有降低作用，其中BAU9403影响更大；SQ-1和GENESIS对杂交种发芽率、发芽势和容重的影响与对照不喷药无显著差异，但BAU9403与对照有显著差异。

破坏一般是由于顶角钢上应力过大，形成塑性铰而导致的；(2)柱翼缘在与顶角钢相连的螺栓孔周围，存在应力集中，容易导致局部屈曲；(3)材料抗滑移系数的改变和螺栓预拉力的大小对于节点受力性能的影响并不明显；(4)角钢参数的改变对节点的各项性能影响显著，增加角钢厚度，节点的强度、刚度和延性都能得到明显的提高；增加角钢长度，节点的强度和刚度也有较大的提高，延性则略有下降；(5)柱轴压比过大时，节点的承载力、刚度以及变形能力明显下降；(6)螺栓中心线到角钢肢背距离增大时，节点的强度和刚度有所下降，但延性略有增加。

Furthermore, the effects of different metallic salts,nitrogen sources,carbon sources,temperature,pH,water content and fermentation time on the enzyme activity and the yield of the acid protease were studied and the results were as follows: both MnCl2 and CuSO4 could activate the protease while other metallic salts inhibited the protease on different levels; addition of 1 % bean flour and 1 % glucose could increase enzyme yield and enzyme activity by 71 % and 31 % respectively; the maximal yield of enzyme was achieved under the conditions of temperature at 40 ℃ and pH as 7.0; water content and fermentation time would also influence enzyme yield on different levels.

不同金属盐对该酶酶活及不同氮源、碳源、温度、pH、含水量以及发酵时间对菌株产酶的影响试验结果表明：MnCl2，CuSO4均对该酶有激活作用，其他金属盐类对该酶有不同程度的抑制作用；添加黄豆粉（1 %）和葡萄糖（1 %）可使菌株产酶酶活分别提高71 %和31 %；培养温度为40 ℃以及培养基起始pH为7.0时产酶最高；含水量和发酵时间对产酶也有不同程度的影响。

本文研究的主要结论有：第一铰线在完成系中没有特殊之处，但在初期应力导入时，第一铰线上的闭合杆件会产生相当大的应力，因此，结构形状和铰线的位置的设定有很大关系，对结构整体变形也有最大的影响；第一铰线的周边相当于千斤顶的支承部，在替换支撑拆除千斤顶时会产生很大的影响。

非逆境条件下，IPT对秧苗根系中mRNA的表达差异与对照相比没有很大的变化；低温胁迫3天后，IPT对根系中mRNA的表达影响很大，既能增强某些基因的表达，又能抑制另一些基因的表达；用DDRT-PCR技术，寻找到5个低温胁迫下在对照和IPT处理中差异表达的基因，其中CY3片段与水稻CDPK1和CDPK2的mRNA有很高的同源性，初步断定CY3在植株的抗逆反应中可能具有与CDPKs相似的功能；在Genbank中没有检索到与其它4个片段同源性比较高的已知序列；IPT处理中CY3表达量在低温处理24hr就有明显升高，以后随胁迫时间的延长其表达量不断加强；恢复常温后，CY3表达继续增加，在恢复第14天开始下降，下降速度缓慢，IPT对CY3的影响一直延续到苗末期，对照中CY3在低温胁迫48hr才有微弱表达，72hr后表达量并未增加许多；恢复常温后第4天就开始下降，很快降到最低。

The enterprises with better sales don't exceed the optimal degree of investment;(3) The growth opportunities of the information technology companies listed in Taiwan investing in China have positive

实证结果发现：（1）台湾资讯电子业赴大陆投资在财务绩效、成长机会与母公司规模皆高於未赴大陆投资者，显示出赴大陆投资者绩效较好、未来具有较高的成长、有大型化的趋势；（2）台湾上市柜资讯电子公司与2005年前百大排名电子公司大陆投资程度与母公司绩效关系分别呈现S型与U型，显示资讯电子业在不同阶段有不同的经营模式，营收较佳的企业未超过最适的投资程度；（3）台湾上市柜资讯电子业赴大陆投资之成长机会对财务绩效具正向影响，显示出大陆投资之成长机会愈高，则有较佳的财务绩效；（4）台湾上市柜资讯电子业之大陆投资程度会影响母公司成长机会，显示随著大陆投资程度的变动，明显牵动母公司的成长机会。

The compatibility of both Gvirens and B.firmus was researched. The fermentation filtrate of Gvirens , under the concentration of 70%, had not distinct inhibitory activity to B.firmus, the biomass of B.firmus would decrease with above the 70% filtrate of Gvirens, but the fermentation filtrate of B.firmus had not inhibitive role to Gvirens. 7, The cooperation control of both Gvirens and B.firm to the pine needle blight was explored:(1) Pathogen inoculation happened prior to the bio-control treatment for 7 days, however, the disease index and control effect had not distinct differences in any treatments even if combination of the two antagonists, but the susceptibility for different kind of pine were different.(2)when antagonist and pathogen were inoculated at the same time, some control effect to the pine needle blight, including certain extent cooperation control of both Gvirens and B.firm were proved, but it wasn't distinct when two antagonists used separately, and the change of the antagonist concentration had little effect to the control effect.

G.virens与B.firmus对松赤枯病的协同控制显示：(1)预先接种病菌后(7天)再进行生物防治处理，不管那种情况，感病指数和防治效果在处理间差异不明显，浓度影响无显著差异，即使是两种生防制剂联合作用也未显著提高其防效，但不同树种间的感病性有明显差异；(2)领抗菌与病原菌同时接种，对松赤枯病有一定防治效果，两菌联合有一定的协同作用，两菌分别单独施用防效差异不显著，浓度变化对防效影响不大；(3)预先接种颇抗菌能显著提高防治效果，两菌联合处理防效更优，感病树种的感病指数可降至13一15，抗病树种的感病指数可控制在3%左右；在同一浓度下B.f1'r功US、叹叮厂即s间无显著差异，在同一领抗菌下，浓度愈高，防效愈高：松，(4)三种生防接种方式的平均效果分析表明，叹F行ens最高平均防效49.5%黑 B。
