And it indicated that the measurement of in situ target strength of fish with swim bladder should be modified by the relationship of target strength and depth, especially in chub mackerel, it may be led to overestimate the standing crop to 7.4 times of the assessment.

To conduct such research a new experimental apparatus was established.With this setup the two-photon excitation spectra of Barium and one-photonexcitation spectra of Strontium Rydberg atoms were recorded and identified.The Stark spectra of Strontium atoms showed the "l-mixing" and "n-mixing"features. By changing laser wavelength and external electric field strengthsimultaneously, the scaled-energy spectra of Strontium 〓 Rydberg atomsat constant scaled-energy ε=-3.00,-2.50 and -1.88 were recorded for thefirst time. The experimental spectra were Fourier transformed and yielded therecurrence spectra.

Caudatum was studied. 0.05 mg/L could be the critical mass concn. of P. caudatum fitting to Cu(superscript 2+).Below this concn., the polysaccharide content in P. caudatum was increased in a small range with the increment of mass concn. of Cu(superscript 2+),then the growth and propagation of P. caudatum was strengthened and above this concn., the polysaccharide content was decreased significantly with the increment of mass concn. of Cu(superscript 2+), then the growth and propagation of P. caudatum began to be restrained obviously and the poison was more obvious when the concn.

结果］0.05 mg/L可能是大草履虫适应Cu(上标 2+)的临界质量浓度，低于此浓度时，大草履虫体内的多糖含量随着Cu(上标 2+)质量浓度增大而呈现小幅度的增高，大草履虫的生长繁殖得到增强，高于此浓度时，大草履虫体内的多糖含量随着Cu(上标 2+)质量浓度增大而显著地降低，大草履虫生长繁殖开始明显受到抑制，且浓度越高受毒害越明显。

In the DQ/EG homogeneous solution, the enhanced emissive CIDEP signal of the neutral durosemiquinone radical DQH(superscript ﹒) was observed. When the DQ/EG solution with pH=9 or DQ/EG/TX-100/H2O micelle system was photolyzed, the CIDEP signal of the duroquinone anion radical DQ(superscript ﹒- was obtained. When the DQ/EG solution with pH=2.5 was irradiated, the CIDEP signal of DQH(superscript ﹒) appeared.

When pH is 8.0, the flocculation rate can reach 91%. The experiment indicates that the evaluation system of kaoline is affected by PO(superscript 3- subscript 4) and Ca(superscript 2+) when the concentration of PO(superscript 3- subscript 4) is high in the substrate. The results indicated that BaCe0.8Ho0.2O(subscript 3-α) sinters are of single-phase structures of orthorhombic perovskite. In the temperature range of 600~1000℃, the nonstoichiometric materials (x=1.03 and 0.97) have higher conductivities in wet hydrogen and wet air and better performances of hydrogen-air fuel cells than the stoichiometric one (x=1). In this series, BaCe0.8Ho0.2O(subscript 3-α) has the highest conductivities 2.10×10^(-2Scm^(-1) in wet hydrogen, 3.46×10^(-2) Scm^(-1) in wet air, at 1000℃ and the maximum power output density 122 mWcm^(-2 at 1000℃.

结果表明，在600~1000℃温度范围内、湿润氢气和湿润空气气氛中，该系列材料的电导率随温度和钡离子含量的变化均与以该系列材料为固体电解质的氢－空气燃料电池性能随温度和钡离子含量变化的次序一致，即：非化学计量组成材料BaCe0.8Ho0.2O(下标 3-α)(x=1.03， 0.97)具有较化学计量组成材料BaCe0.8Ho0.2O(下标 3-α)(x=1)高的电导率和氢－空气燃料电池输出功率密度，其中BaCe0.8Ho0.2O(下标 3-α)有最高的电导率（1000℃时、在湿润的氢气气氛中：2.10×10^(-2)Scm^(-1)；在湿润的空气气氛中：3.46×l0^(-2)Scm^(-1)）和最大的氢－空气燃料电池输出功率密度（1000℃时：122mWcm^(-2)）。
