In this paper, based on MPEG 2 Test Model 5 (TM5) bit rate control algorithm, there are some improvements proposed:① an intelligent integral action is proposed for improving the control precision of bit rate;② after using DCT AC coefficients to define the measure of macroblock and picture coding difficulty, an improvement on target bits allocation is proposed for the decoded picture quality and conformance including scene change, which can adjust the target bits allocation adaptively by their measure.

针对MPEG－2测试模型5（TM5）比特速率控制算法进行了以下改进：①引入一种智能积分作用，有利于提高比特速率的控制精度；②采用DCT交流系数定义宏块和图象的编码难度测度，然后提出了改进的目标编码量分配策略，即根据编码难度测度自适应调整图象和宏块的目标编码量，有利于提高包括场景变化在内的图象解码质量及其一致性。

Based on AMM, on one hand, software organizations can deduce the appropriate measurement process according to the goals of the processes they focus; on the other hand, they can also identify the opportunity and roadmap of improvement according to the result of measurement.

We propose a dynamic identity authentication scheme through a theorem about relative prime numbers, which can prevent replay attacks from taking place. In addition, we present a threshold signature scheme without a trusted party by use of joint secret sharing technique. Finally, the security flaw in an enhanced password authentication scheme is pointed out and the security of an enhanced key agreement protocol is analyzed.

最后本文建立了原DF_(8B)机车车体正面碰撞刚性墙的仿真模型，在分析碰撞结果后，对原DF_(8B)机车车体的底架和司机室结构进行了改进；并利用薄壁圆管和锥形结构设计了吸能装置，利用凸凹相见的防爬板设计了防爬装置；对安装了吸能装置和做出结构改进的耐碰撞DF_(8B)机车以10m/s和15m/s速度正面撞击刚性墙进行仿真，结果表明碰撞时吸收装置先于车体主结构破坏，吸收碰撞能量，其吸能能力达到了国外有关标准的要求。
