Abstract;A large number of people have traditionally depended on products derived from plants for curing ailments.

当前，越来越多的疾病患者都乐于接受植物来源的药物治疗疾病，与此同时，芳香植物凭借其在家庭和工业生产上的广泛用途在贸易市场上的地位也日益提高，两者可合称为药用芳香植物，随着人类对MAPs需求的增加，人工种植是实现其可持续利用的重要途径，尤其对于一些重要的MAPs作物，其在种植方法、采收和加工技术、遗传改良和质量控制等许多方面都需要进行系统的研究。

In this essay, we summarized the characteristics of molecular marker-assisted selection, focused on improving qualitative and quantitative characters, backcross breeding and gene polymerization. At the same time, the problems and potential prospects of molecular marker-assisted selection have also been discussed.

综述了分子标记辅助选择的特点，重点介绍了分子标记辅助选择在水稻育种上的利用现状，主要包括质量性状改良、数量性状改良、回交育种、基因聚合等方面的应用进展，同时讨论了该技术存在的问题以及发展前景和展望。

美容牙科学在我国是一门新兴学科，为了提高教学质量，山西大同大学医学院美容牙科教研室根据美容牙科科学性、技术性以及审美性等特点进行了改革—通过改良合并交叉教学法提高理论教学质量，通过加强实验实训和实习提高临床动手能力，通过美学教育提高美学素质，为培养知识面广、专业技能好、素质过硬的合格的美容科医师奠定坚实的基础。

With support from the party committee and government of the region and MOA of China, Ningxia has been seeking to regionalize and industrialize the industryand promote large-scale breeding. Ningxia government has been implementing the Action Plan to Develop Dairy Industry in Ningxia (2002-2005) and the Action Plan to Improve Cattle Quality and Efficiency in Ningxia (2007-2010). By improving varieties, processing procedures, quality supervision and feed production,the dairy industry of Ningxia has entered into a new area marked by rapid development both in terms of quantity and quality. Dairy industry has become a pillar industry with high level of industrialization, large-scale breeding and good structure that plays a significant role in increasing farmers' income.

特别是在自治区党委、政府的高度重视和农业部的大力支持下，我区坚持区域化布局、规模化养殖、产业化经营的发展思路，组织实施了《宁夏奶业发展行动计划（2002-2005）》和《宁夏奶牛提质增效行动计划（2007-2010）》，通过采取奶牛品种改良、乳品加工、质量监管和优质饲草生产等措施，使我区奶产业进入了一个数量质量同步发展的新阶段，奶产业已成为我区产业化程度较高、饲养规模较大、农业结构优化和带动农民增收较强的支柱产业。

Our experiment aim at use the acupuncture method"Wang's Jiaji points"which created by the famous doctor Leting wang from Beijing hospital of TCM at the early days of the stroke patients to prevent and treat hypermyotonia,prevent muscle spasm or lessen the spasm level,to improve the stroke patient's ADL.that study is a prospective , randomized, double-blind,parallel-group,use the random digits table method,and compared with the"twelve points of hands and feet",which used frequently at acupuncture department of Beijing hospital of TCM.we use the NIHSS scale, improved Ashworth scale,domestic Fugl-Meyer scale, castigatory MBI scale to score the patients'muscular tension and motor function improvement condition.

本试验旨在在中风病人患病早期应用北京中医院名老中医王乐亭先生的&王氏夹脊穴&预防性治疗肌张力增高，防止肌痉挛的出现或减轻其痉挛程度，以改善中风患者的生活质量。在试验设计方面以北京中医院针灸科目前治疗中风应用较多的&手足十二针&为对照治疗方法采用随机、单盲、平行对照设计。并应用NIHSS、改良的Ashworth量表、国内简化的Fugl-Meyer运动评分法、修订的巴氏指数评分方法对患者治疗前后进行评分以了解患者肌张力增高情况及运动功能改善情况。

By analyzing soil quality of 4 kinds of land use types in Kalamay agriculture development area according to principal component analysis, we draw the conclusions: nature shrub tree land is affected little by mankind, a great deal of organic matter return to soil every year, and root system can improve soil physical quality, can absorb salt from soil, so the soil quality of nature shrub tree land is the best; the soil quality of farmland is better than the soil quality of manpower Tamarix Bulrush land, which may be reasoned that man make for soil quality by irrigation to exclude salt and fertilizing organic muck in the earlier oasis digging up period. Soil physical qualities of tree land get harden and worsen for flooding irrigation, furthermore climate in Kalamay is dry and rainless , the other irrigation is very long time after the former one, so soil get harden severity and result soil physical quality get worse and worse.

利用主成分分析法分析新疆克拉玛依农业开发区四种土地利用方式下的土壤质量，得出：天然灌木林地，受人为影响较小，每年有大量有机物质返还土壤，且天然灌木的根系可以很好的改良土壤的物理性质，同时所选天然灌木林灌木多是耐盐碱并且本身又具有吸收积累来自土壤的盐分，土壤质量最好；农田受到的人为影响最大，但农田综合得分却好于人工柽柳芦苇地综合得分，这可能是由于在开垦初期的绿洲农田，受到了人们灌水压盐及增施各种有机无机肥料等有利于土壤质量提高的措施所致；乔木林地，由于人们用大水漫灌的方式灌溉，致使林地土壤变得板结，土壤物理性质下降，加上克拉玛依地区气候干燥少雨，一次灌溉后较长时间后才有下一次灌溉，致使土壤理化性质恶化，土壤质量不高。

Maize inbreds belonging to 3 maize heterotic groups including Reid, Tangsipingtou and compound germplasm were studied to determine the influence of genotypes, media and plant regulators on the embryo-derived calius induction and green plant regeneration. Immature embryos (1.0~2.0 mm) from selfed ears were harvested as explants. Callus could be induced from all the tested inbreds. However, plant regeneration was only obtained in 12 genotypes.

以Reid、唐四平头和其它种质等3个杂种优势类群共19份玉米自交系为试验材料，以玉米幼胚作为外植体，研究了基因型、培养基和激素对玉米幼胚愈伤组织的诱导及植株再生的影响，结果表明供试材料均能进行愈伤组织的诱导，但是仅有12个自交系能再生植株。N6和改良N6培养基有助于提高愈伤组织的质量及其生长速度。2，4-D在愈伤组织的诱导中起着关键性作用。
