This paper aims at the prominent issue that current models of spatial topological relations can not represent complex object, among which 9-Intersections Model (9IM) is well known. Therefore, taking cadastral data as example, one model of topological relations between complex and spatio-temporal objects based on 9IM is put forward. And the improved sweep-line algorithm is designed. Specific studies as follows:(1)According to the concepts of point set topology, the author distinguishes the complexity of the object, redefines the spatial point, line and region. For instance, in the simple region, concave one is more complex than convex, composite regions can be composed of many parts or with holes, and so on.

本文针对当前空间拓扑关系模型无法表达复杂对象的突出问题，以地籍对象为实例，以9I模型为基础，探索了一种适合复杂对象和时空对象的拓扑关系表达模型，较好地解决了地籍对象中各类要素间拓扑关系的描述和应用，实现了地籍变更中变化语义类型的推理和历史回溯；通过对现有的拓扑关系计算方法进行了改进，设计了相关算法，给出了C语言程序示例；最后通过实验系统的实现，验证了模型和算法的可行性。

An automatic update system based on semantic web techniques to implement the drug-law checking automatically is proposed in this thesis. The design concept is to use OWL as the knowledge model. To represent the drug law knowledge, we view a drug law as a class of medical status, and we can use classification to implement the decision of drug use legality. This approach simplifies the design of inference engine. The OWL supports the syntax of class inherences, so it can reach the cognitive economy and shorten the drug laws encoding length. The OWL syntax can represent most drug laws style, so the system can just use one document and one inference engine to handle all drug laws rules.

本文导入语意网技术提出一法规检核同步化系统，来实现药品检核规则自动更新的功能，其主要设计理念为以语意网的OWL模型来实作法规检核系统，在法规的知识表徵上，系统将所有的药品规则视为医疗状态的类别，因此判别用药的合法性，便可使用分类运算达成，这简化了推理机的设计；利用OWL支援类别继承的语意，故能形成认知经济性效应，缩小医疗法规机器编码长度；最后OWL的语法能表示大部份规则型态，使得系统可以使用一个文件档，一种推理机模型便能表示所有的法规。

The details are given as follows. 1. Agent and ABDIDSS modelsIn allusion to the current problems of research on agents theory models, payoff and probability factors are introduced on the basis of mental state models of classical BDI of agent and joint BDI of multi-agents in this paper, mental state models of individual agents and joint metal state models of group agents based on payoff and probability factors are built up. Introducing payoff and probability factors satisfies requirements of uncertainty and self-benefit of agents to the environments.
