手术中还利用CT导航系统观察棒研究了经口—鼻蝶窦入路在斜坡区和前颅底能够达到的实际有效操作范围，为扩大经蝶窦入路手术在斜坡区和前颅底的应用奠定基础，在国内外尚未见同类报道。41例垂体瘤患者梨状孔平均宽度27.2mm±3.1，下鼻甲根部附着处间距30mm±4.1，中鼻甲根部附着处间距27.9mm±4.3，这是经口—鼻蝶窦入路手术中，对Hardy双瓣鼻窥器张开限制的主要骨性结构，若患者这些径线值明显小于平均值，则可能因为鼻窥器打开不充分而影响手术暴露，当然对于垂体微腺瘤和以囊变为主的垂体瘤可能影响不大，但对于大和巨大垂体瘤必须要有充分的准备，包括评估是否改用其他入路，或先行鼻甲切除再行经蝶手术。

Clinical requirement in dental simulation is firstly analyzed and performance goal of haptic display is proposed. Based on characteristics of human haptics, software system of surgery simulation and force rendering is developed and prototype of surgery simulation system is established using Phantom desktop. Dental exploration and cutting operation in cavity preparation are simulated with haptic and graphical display capabilities.

全文首先通过分析牙科手术模拟的临床需求，提出了力觉显示手术仿真系统的模拟指标；针对操作者触觉生理学特点，基于力觉交互设备Phantom desktop，开发了手术仿真和力觉渲染软件，建立了手术模拟原型试验系统；以牙面探查和牙体预备中的切削操作作为研究对象，实现了力觉和图形集成显示的手术操作过程模拟。

objective:to explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastric stump cancer.method:the clinic datum of 27 cases with gsc were analyzed retrospectively from june 1989 to june 2004.result: the ratio of gsc was 1.8% in homochronous gastric cancer.in 27 cases,the radical operation was performed for 14(53.5%),palliative operation for 9(34.6%)and pass-procedure for 3(11.5%).the one-year,three-year and five-year postoperative survival rate in radical operation was 85.7%, 50% and 35.7%.

目的：分析探讨残胃癌的诊断和治疗方式。方法：对我院1989年6月至2004年6月27例残胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性探讨。结果：残胃癌占同期胃癌1.8%，施行根治性手术14例（53.3%），姑息性手术9例（34.6%），由于广泛转移未行手术或仅行剖腹探查术3例(11.5%)。根治性手术病人1，3，5年生存率85.7%，50%，35.7%。

解决此种症状的方法分为手术及非手术治疗，非手术治疗例如物理性治疗和药物治疗，往往效果不佳，手术治疗又可分为传统手术和微创手术二种，传统手术方法就是腰椎融合内固定术，虽然此种方法切除了造成腰椎狭窄的黄韧带和小面关节，但手术时间长，伤口大以及腰椎的融合和固定虽去除了病变节段的异常活动，但邻近节段的异常活动增加，锥间盘内的压力明显升高，小关节突的异常退变和固定节段的骨量丢失，导致固定节段上下运动节段的退变ASD[1]，而新型的微创手术是在背部开一个小伤口，并植入棘突间撑开器，进而解决腰椎狭窄症的问题。

The patien ts of SAP combined with acute respiratory distress syndrome, shock, pancr eatic brain diseases, abdominal cavity hemorrhage and systemic infections had hi gh mortality of 52%, 40%, 40.63%, 66.67% and 73.68 respectively. 急性重症胰腺炎病情复杂、胰外损害严重，手术前后并发症多，是导致急性重症胰腺炎患者手术后病情加重，死亡率增加，预后不佳的主要原因，现将西南医院全军肝胆外科研究所1994年1月～2004年1月10年间总共行了外科手术治疗的116例SAP回顾分析，分析SAP围手术期并发症与预后的关系，以提高外科手术治疗的效果。1资料和方法

Based on the research and review of the norms of surgical gowns and drapes, we compare and analyze the basic requirement and test procedure of the gowns. We test water-repellent treated woven cotton reusable textiles, rechargeable biocidal function polyester/cotton woven reusable textiles, spun-bond polypropylene disposable textiles, water-repellent treated laminate disposable textiles of pulps and polyester with water resistant, physical, comfortable properties testing. We design an abrasion experiment to simulate linting test and evaluate the linting properties of these textiles.

本文对目前国内外主要的手术防护服标准的基本性能测试条款和测试方法及步骤进行了分析，在此基础上，对几种经拒水处理耐久型棉紧密机织物手术防护服材料、经可再生杀菌处理涤棉机织手术防护服材料、纺粘丙纶一次性手术服材料、经拒水处理木浆/涤纶复合水刺一次性手术防护服材料的拒液性能、基本物理性能、舒适性进行了比较测试；同时，本文设计了耐磨实验来模拟掉毛实验，通过失重率来评价这些材料的掉毛性能。

The results showed that (1) the intervention of preoperative pain education resulted in statistically significant reductions of worst pain intensity after surgery in experimental group compared to control group,(2) subjects in the experimental group experienced statistically significant reductions of pain interference in general activity, mood, and sleep, compared to control subjects,(3) the misbeliefs about pain management were significantly improved after surgery in experimental group compared to control group,(4) no statistically significant differences were found in the score of satisfaction with pain management, or amount of analgesics between the two groups.

研究结果显示：（1）实验组接受手术前疼痛卫教介入措施后，手术后最剧烈疼痛强度低於控制组达统计上显著差异。（2）实验组手术后疼痛对日常生活、情绪及睡眠的干扰程度低於控制组，达统计上显著差异。（3）手术后实验组错误疼痛处置信念的改善程度，与控制组达统计上显著差异。（4）手术后的疼痛处置满意度及止痛药使用剂量，两组间无统计上显著差异。
